Performs well, repeatable results.
Although the included manual doesnât provide great instructions, the app is easy to use and quite helpful. Bluetooth connection to my iPad was a snap. My results show clear indications of sleep apnea when CPAP is removed and my SpO2 is fine on CPAP. The vibration alert was sufficient to get my attention when some apneas occurred. I wouldnât trust it for prevention. Overall Iâm very pleased with this product as an at home check.

Very useful for tracking stats during sleep
I’ve been using this for tracking my O2 and pulse rate while sleeping and it’s working out great. It’s interesting for me to see the correlation between when my oxygen dips and my heart rate increases. Some of this is normal, of course, but I was most interested in trying to figure out how much my snoring may be affecting my stats since sometimes I don’t feel as rested even after a full night’s sleep. It’s great being able to look back at the charts in the morning and see what happened during the night. So far, I’ve found the battery life to be good and the comfort of wearing it to also be pretty good. It feels a little bulky on my wrist, but I tend to bunch my hands up under my pillow when I sleep. It might not bother you at all if you don’t sleep like that. The wrist strap has so many holes for clipping the band that it’ll fit anyone and the thumb loop is well designed to fit anyone too.The app that it works with is easy to use. You can sit there and watch your levels in real time or go into your history and review a whole chart. If you don’t want to store your data in the cloud, you can use the app as “guest” without even setting up an account too. One thing to note… Make sure you check out all the settings in the app the first time you use it. I didn’t and a rather loud alarm woke me up when my pulse rate dropped below the default setting of 50. I changed it to not alert unless I dropped below 40 after that!Overall great device. I’m really happy with it.

Excellent Continuous SpO2 and Pulse Tracker
For some time I have been tracking my sleep patterns with a pro fitness watch. It showed my SPO2 and pulse levels but it logged data at much longer intervals than the Ultra Wellue Wrist Pulse Oximeter, which stores its data every 2 seconds. After charging the device with its proprietary cable, I had to wear the Wellue on the left wrist to read correctly the displayed oxygen and pulse values. It would be nice if one could setup this device for right arm use for I usually use my watch on my left wrist..Once you install the Vihealth App to your phone, the device connects with the phone through Bluetooth.Through the App, one can select a paid premium service that includes detailed data analysis and reports, or the free basic data analysis. There is a free one week trial for the premium service.I have used the Wellue Wrist Pulse Oximeter for about a month now. I had some instances when the soft silicon ring came off during my sleep; my conclusion is that it is best to use the ring on a thumb.Due to my frequent SpO2 vibration alarms during the night, I lowered the reminders from 90 to 85%. The apnea incidents decreased dramatically. Of course I would recommend downloading all data and checking with your doctor.I was surprised that my fitness watch was pretty much in agreement with the very precise pulse and oxygen values of the Wellue (see image). Battery life is OK, about 70 hours, depending on the alarms that are activated.Despite the steep price of this specialized medical device, I would recommend this health monitor and to discuss its results with your doctor for an enhanced well-being.

Expensive but a good ox sensor
The battery lasts a long time and can be used for several nights in a row without recharging. It is a bit bulky and you can feel it on your wrist and finger but itâs not overbearing. If you have sleep apnea this is a good tracker but unfortunately very expensive

Good oximeter, not so great band
I would like to give this 5 stars, but the band keeps coming off and itâs a bit temperamental if you are moving much.
Nicole –
Pricey but it does work well after taking a minute to calibrate
Overall I think this O2 monitor is really nice. I have been using it for about a month now on occasion. I compared the heart rate and oxygen numbers to that from my apple watch and they got the same number so that makes me hopeful about the accuracy. its comfortable since the finger ring can adjust itself by their patented design, the wrist band is a bit too big for me but it still works. One problem I noticed is that when I first put the monitor on, it need some time to calibrate so it will give me some crazy numbers before it becomes normal and accurate. That also happened once while wearing it for a few hours. The battery life is pretty good I have only charged it once so far. I like that the app also shows the ranges in numbers over each session and the current numbers but when I did not use it for a long time I had to open the app to get it recording on the app again so I lost a few minutes of saved data. I do not have the subscription but I think it would be worth it for someone who wanted to share their readings continuously with someone else. Overall if the price works for you I would recommend it
