No arch pain relief but relaxing
Not really what I expected. I carry pain in my arches, and this device gives zero pressure or massage there. I do like the heat and compression – that combo is really nice and soothing. Thereâs great pressure towards the outside of the foot and the back of the heel, and thereâs a little vibration with it. Relaxing but likely to return this for something with a shiatsu function that works my troublesome arches.
