In the fight to defeat the Covid 19 pound gain, this is a god send!
I had been thinking for months to get a small indoor treadmill, ever since my office moved and I lost my “Gym in the building” convenience factor, which really hits you hard in the winter. I mean, who wants to leave their warm house and sofa to get in the car to drive to the gym during a snow storm. I didn’t execute on the idea thought until it became clear that we were all going to be confined to our homes for weeks on end.And am I happy I bought this. So far it’s performing well. I will say a few things (none of it will make me give it less stars):1. I bought it specifically to walk on, I did not buy it to run on. I think it’s fantastic for walking and it’s great to break a good walking sweat as well.2. The “speed” mileage thingy is way off. No question about it. As a gym goer, I am keenly aware what my walking speed is and what my running speed is. Let’s just say at 5.6 mph at the gym, I be getting into a running mode for sure….that’s my fast walk on this little darling. Do I care? No. I am breaking a sweat and I didn’t intend to buy it for running. That being sad, if you crush out mileage and are a hardcore runner, this might not be the right treadmill for you. If you are a slow jogger, you could run on this, but don’t try to emulate the 10mp speed when you get back to the gym. Wipe out potential would be high.3. Distance monitoring: Also a bit whack on machine, but that’s why I have my trusted fit bit.All in all, it does exactly what I want it to do.1. It seems to be well made. Heavy, but still able to move it around rather easily. 100% fits under bed or sofa. Brilliant!2. It is quiet! I can use it in my apartment’s spare room while watching a movie and no one can even hear me or it move. That’s AWESOME.3. I break my sweat and get my 6 miles a day in.

works nicely under office desk
**8-02-2023 UPDATE**Welp yesterday I got the E05 error and the motor locked up.BUT I feel like this was mostly my fault.I wasn’t paying attention to the strong burning smell (When I work I am very focused on work)I felt the belt catch a few times and stopped but by then it was too late. The motor is fully seized up and when I took it off the bolts a bunch of hard plastic shards came out.I’m assuming that’s not a good thing.-I know I don’t have a warranty on this thing, and I appreciate how long it lasted with all the abuse I threw at it.The pulley would squeak and I’d degrease it, I probably could’ve kept it cleaner and it may have lasted longer had I not disassembled it. Or maybe it would’ve failed sooner.-All these treadmills are quite cheap chinese parts. Even the ones in the $500 range.Unless you are going to go BIG and spend $1500-$2500… I would suggest going for the cheapest one and replacing it every few years.Think about it, it’ll be about the same cost if an expensive one lasts 10 years (and there’s no guarantee that one of those would)**5-14-2021 UPDATE**I’ve had this treadmill for 5 months! (purchased Dec 11, 2020)I’ve put roughly 1 MILLION steps in on it!A few things to note:1.) If the remote is not working well, pop that sucker open and wiggle the battery around. It’s not super high end quality so it can get loose and slip off the contacts. Once I re-positioned it, the remote was much better at waking up the treadmill… And it’s the ONLY way to get the treadmill working.Added a photo of the current state of the treadmill…. It developed a squeak so I took the housing off. I like it because now I have direct access to the belt. Not recommended for people with children or pets that may get caught in it and severely hurt. My dog stays clear of the treadmill so I am not concerned. I also removed the speaker since I don’t use the bluetooth on this at all. It worked when I tried it though.Removing the housing also helps with keeping the motor cooler (it warms up quite a bit) and makes it easier to dust the components. Dust kills electronics. A little swiffer and some compressed air and it’s working perfectly.About the squeaking NEVER put lube on the belt. The belt needs to catch the pulley afterall. You actually want to use the OPPOSITE of lube. I spritz it with a little degreaser probably once a week and the squeak disappears.I walk about 3 hours a day at 3.5 speed. which equates to (for me) about 15-20k steps. So I go and eat pizza and drink beer and don’t feel bad about it since I’m crushing my steps every week! lol——————Like most people stuck in the rat race, I work a desk job. That’s 8-9 hours five days a week sitting.Even the most ergonomic chairs still just offer the same thing. Sedentary inactivity.I’ve got an EvoDesk that can be sitting or standing, but standing stationary is still not movement (though it’s nice to stretch and correct posture). The secret to Rebel Wilson’s dramatic weightloss? WALKING (along with a more mindful diet of course).I’ve only had my TreadMill a few days…. But I’ve used it 6 hours a day the last 3 days..My thoughts:— Build Quality – It’s well built but not super solid. It’s plastic. If you have kids or teens that are rough on stuff or are going to be banging their bikes or toys or whatever into it, it’s not going to stand up well. Mine did stand up to a trip in a Shipping truck so that says a lot lol. It has a few little scuffs but nothing serious.— Weight & unpacking – The unpacking was a bit messy with all the styrafoam and straps etc. The unit isn’t super large as we all know. It’s not a full size commercial treadmill. It weighs around 85lbs and was easy for me to handle. For context though, I’m a 6′ male at 195lbs. I can lift heavier things and have long arms lol. If you’re 5’0 and 120lbs you may have more difficulty moving it around.I do carry it in and out of my office upright when I’m not using it. It does have nice rollers at the front, I just have doorway lips to move it over.— Speakers – The bluetooth speakers are not great, but if you don’t have your headphones because the dog ate them, they’ll do the trick. I didn’t realize “MEdia” or whatever, was the speakers so I accidentally hooked my MacBook bluetooth to it instead of my google nest lmao. It was surprising I thought, “Where the hell is the music coming from?? OH it’s the treadmill!”. for what the speakers are, I’d give them an 8/10. But they are NOT bose or Sonos so don’t get your hopes up. In the context of what they are, they’re like laptop speakers.— Initial use – I have never used it with the handles up, I probably never will. I got it specifically for walking while I work. I’m walking right now actually at “3” which I think is kmg (1.8mph).LUBE THE TRACK – it doesn’t say to, but I would suggest getting a good amount of silicone lube under the track to keep from catching or damaging the tread belt. Sure they can lube these at the factory, but how long have they been sitting in a warehouse??? It’s likely the lube is either not effective or isn’t enough. You can’t really over lube them. I mean if you dump a gallon yes, but if any drips off onto your floor it’s a simple cleanup. I didn’t have any drippage.IT COMES WITH LUBE – but I did get an additional bottle that was a suggestion by amazon. I plan on lubing it weekly as I will be using it so much..I got the Error message everyone talks about, it’s for not having the emergency clip magnet in its spot. Since I’m not using it with the handle, I unknotted the string and put the red plastic clip directly in its spot. You can see it in the photo, it rests on the inside of the folded handle..Plugged it in, flipped the big orange switch and it came to life. Mine wasn’t catching or fraying, but I did slick it up before first use..First day I realized my phone (on my desk) and watch (on my wrist) weren’t counting steps. lol of course, because I’m not moving my arms while I walk. They are gyroscopic so google fit, or whatever app you use won’t pick up on it. I’ve since put my SmartWatch face in my sock lmao.- You can do that with your fitbit too! It’s way more accurate tracking leg movement than arm..Anyway Second day (yesterday 12/29/2020) was much better. I walked from 10am to 1pm at “3” a normal walk I would say. I had 6400 steps!!! I didn’t break a sweat, I didn’t have any pain. I did have that wobbly leg feeling when I got off though lolol. Had lunch and sat for about an hour and then walked another 6k steps from 2pm to 5pm. I did notice my non-dominant foot (left) was a little sore; I was waking in socks. Walking in shoes the rest of the day helped that. The top of my left Hamstring was also a little sore, nothing crazy… lower back and butt were a little sore too. Again, nothing crazy. Just felt like they were actually used!.12k in change for steps and I felt pretty good about that..The belt does catch a little as you step on it, again, I’m not running on this thing. I doubt it would be a good running treadmill. It’s too skinny and, just, if you want a strong running marathon treadmill, save up your money and splurge on that $1200 one you’re looking at..All bodies are different, I’m not trying to lose weight or get stronger, or even get better conditioning; I just wanted to move my body instead of sitting all day. There’s no “goal” here other than moving and I’m doing that..For those who are curious there’s plenty of data out there. Walking is good for your body.People who are overweight or obese will find that walking is easier than cardio (obvi) so it’s a good start AND they specifically will see massive changes.Walking 10k a day at around 200lbs you’d be expecting around losing 1lbs a week.Couple that with better eating habits and proper portions, you can significantly change your life..It’s a good investment, You can find other walking treadmills for around $300; I didn’t mind the extra $100 for this one. You can get an EvoDesk for $700. $1,000 may seem like a lot, but realize that this is an investment in yourself. Your health will thank you..I’ll update my review if anything changes but right now there are no qualms with it as a great walking treadmill.

Loud.
If you are looking for a way to do cardio at home this is a decent product. However, I do not like the fact that there is no way to control the volume. It beeps very loudly multiple times when it turns on. Where it is heard on other floors in the house. I hoped to train my dog to walk on it. He is scared of the beeping. In order to turn it on there is a switch on the unit AND on the remote. What if my remote broke, or was lost, eaten by the dog? The handles all screw in. So it cannot be folded down daily to store away in between use like I hoped and thought. If it gets a tiny bit off level like on the concrete covered indoor/outdoor carpet (no padding) basement floor it will make noise while in use walking. I wish I would have known all that and could have looked for one that truly folds down and has no beeping, itâs only been a couple years and the tenth place no longer lights up for keeping track of time/distance, etc.

Buyer Beware! DO NOT BUY!
This item arrived with some of the plastic paneling broken off, but worse than that, I began using the treadmill regularly, sometimes for light jogging, but mostly for distance hard walking. The walking pad began shifting to the left for some reason, and began to strip as it was rubbing against the side of the machinery. After a short while, it began stuttering to start up, so I took off one of the top panels to reveal that the pad had been stripping off and tying around the rod that turns while you walk. Mind you, I ordered this product in February 2025, and I am writing this in April 2025, and the treadmill is fully unusable, and is giving me an error of E05 when I turn it on and just consistently beeps and beeps without starting.Don’t waste your money on this. It won’t hold up to regular use and apparently after only two months I can no longer do anything about it; no returns, no exchanges, nothing.Absolute waste.

Iâve been using the 2.25HP Under Desk Electric Treadmill for about a month now, and it has completely transformed how I stay active while working. Hereâs my detailed breakdown:Pros:Quiet Operation: The treadmill runs very quietly, making it ideal for conference calls or focus work without distractions.Compact Design: It fits perfectly under my standing desk, and the slim profile makes it easy to store when not in use.Powerful Motor: The 2.25HP motor is powerful enough for walking and light jogging, even for long sessions. It never feels sluggish.Easy to Use: The controls are straightforward, and the remote makes adjusting the speed hassle-free.Sturdy Build: Despite its compact size, it feels very solid and doesnât wobble, even when I pick up the pace.Cons:Speed Limitation: Itâs designed more for walking and light jogging, so if youâre looking for a treadmill for intense running, this might not be ideal. No Incline Feature: I miss having an incline option, but I knew this was a trade-off for the compact size.Overall ExperienceThis treadmill is fantastic for anyone working from home or wanting to stay active during long desk sessions. Itâs been a great addition to my daily routine, and Iâve already noticed the difference in my energy levels throughout the day.Highly recommended for remote workers or anyone short on space but big on fitness goals!

Itâs a great little treadmill. Itâs quiet for the most part and has great speed options. The app is pretty easy to navigate too. Only 4/5 as the remote for ours never worked.

Received the treadmill in a very well packaged box. As we unpacked it found that a small piece of the frame was broken – no big deal as it wasn’t a functional part. After assembling the treadmill and turned on the power, got an error message on the screen, but then the screen faded and went blank. Followed the instructions to sync the remote to the treadmill but it kept emitting a very annoying beeping sound. The screen remained blank, the beeping never stopped, the treadmill wouldn’t start. After countless attempts to re-sync we gave up. Called customer support. The person on the other end said they would relay the message to the manufacturer and call me back in two business days. We never received a call back. Have since returned the treadmill.

Go plus walking pad has been a great addition to our home. Canadian winters can make it difficult to walk outside when the temperatures are below freezing. This walking pad is light enough to move around, saves space and folds easily. It makes it really easy to get your steps in. If you’re not willing to buy a heavy duty, expensive treadmill, this is a great option. I’ve only used it a handful of times but it’s sturdy. The remote control option is an added convenience. Highly recommended!

This machine is sturdy, reasonably quiet and certainly powerful enough to provide a good workout.Delivery was actually ahead of schedule and the unit was packaged well. The foldable frame locks into place firmly and the front wheels readily facilitate moving the machine around. No issues at all after 2 months of steady use. Never thought I could downsize from a 20″ x 55″ belt to this 16″ x 39″ version but the transition was easy and the change in stability between the old and new units was negligible. Please note that the horizontal arms are secured to the frame with bolts and do not fold so a 15″+ clearance height for storage is required when the frame is collapsed if you decide to install them. Unbolting them each time to reduce the clearance height is not practical in my view. All in all, a very solid machine and good value.
