No unpleasant aftertaste.Love that this is sugar free, soy free, and grain free.My only issue is that I would like to understand the science behind why the instructions say to take for a month, then take 2 weeks off before using again for another 2-4 weeks. e.g. What would happen if you took continuously?

Its a blend of different things. I was looking for pure ginseng and when i put the drops under my tongue, i notice the taste was sweet. It got me wondering what was in it and thats when i realized it was a blend. Im ise to take pure ginseng under my tongue, or even adding it to drinks. So i like the taste that i aquired. I wont be buying anymore.
