I add a scoop full of Greens First to a glass of water and mix it with my frother. Mixes well and helps me swallow my vitamins easily. Love this drink. My young granddaughter loves it too.

Iâve been using Greens First since 2013. It was recommended by a family member when I was going through chemotherpy. I used it during my treatments since it wasnât always easy to eat. I started with the green and chocolate combination. The green has a minty flavor but after time it didnât bother me.Iâve continued using it off and on throughout the past 5 years. Normally starting again when pregnant or breastfeeding to make sure both myself and baby were getting good nutrition. After having my second little one I decided to try the berry version out and Iâm glad I did! Itâs good on itâs own but when mixed with the chocolate it reminds me of chocolate covered fruit. The berry by itself is fine but Iâve noticed I feel fuller when adding the chocolate boost.Greens First is great first thing in the morning for busy mamas. I love that I can take care of my morning hunger pains with a nutritional drink until I find time to make breakfast for myself.

My Chiropractor recommended Greens First (he used the green minty stuff). I tried but made a mistake by blending with blueberries. Yuck. Then I tried it with stevia and ice in water and the mild mint taste was not bad. My husband does not do mint anything so I bought him Greens First Berry. Now that is all I buy to make it easy on me and keeping track to order. My dad is 94 soon to be 95 and I got him hooked on a smoothie I make with Berry and Dream Protein with peaches off our tree, organic pineapple, organic blueberries and try all blends to keep from getting bored. If I have to leave town for a few days he misses his smoothie. I feel more energized as does my husband. My dad thinks he feels better. I am hoping this attention to our health pays off in the cold and flu season.

Horrible gas, due to beets
Everything is great about it, except for it gave me HORRIBLE GAS. I’m no stranger to healthy foods, I eat them everyday. Vegetarian for 15 years. Maybe I can try half of a scoop and see if I can get used to it. Will update later. Flavor is amazing. Glad there’s NO SPIRULINA!!! Spirulina has been found to be contaminated. (Almost every brand) no thanks!UPDATE, the ingredient causing me stomach upset was BEETS, I cannot tolerate them. If you have a sensitivity to them, do not buy. Not the product or sellers fault.

I suffer from Psoriatic Arthritis among a number of other health issues, and I never eat vegetables – I eat healthy and work out etc, but I just cannot stomach the taste of vegetables. This is the ONLY one I’ve ever had that actually tastes pretty good, probably because it also has fruit and not just veggies. Anyway I’ve struggled with fatigue and muscle/ joint pain for a long time and this stuff seems to be really helping with my energy and stamina right now. Hope it keeps up. And this is like day 4 for me with zero caffeine, I just cut it out. So hopefully it will keep working.
