Awesome recipes and easy to follow along. Kaleb’s story is amazing and loved how thoughtful he was in curating all his recipes, taking family recipes and adapting them to make them more his own. Almost all the recipes take normal no frill ingredients which I love! This cookbook is perfect.

Absolutely wonderful
I’ve followed Kaleb Wyse for years on IG. He is a genuinely bright spot in an otherwise chaotic world. He’s the best form of escapism – humble family tradition from his generational Iowa farm. Cooking, baking, gardening, home renovations, landscaping, and of course – espresso and margaritas! This cookbook has been a long time in the making. It’s beautiful and actually makes you want to read the stories that I skip over in most cookbooks. I’ve made a few recipes, and they’ve turned out great. My family especially loves the brownies. He takes his family recipes and puts his own fresh and reinvigorated twist on them, practicing and perfecting each one, so you know you’ll be able to do it. He has no formal training, so the recipes feel possible to the common person.

I love Kaleb and the content of the book was good. However, the binding is not good – the pages are nearly coming apart. I am handling carefully but I fear it won’t hold up.
