OK overall, but I did not receive two 250 ct bottles as ordered/advertised…
I received (8) 65 ct bottles instead of (2) 250 ct bottles, which is what I ordered and what was advertised. Not a huge issue as this gives me more vitamins overall, but since I wanted to carry these in my luggage to give to someone else, these are more awkward to pack. The expiration dates are fine on my order but I see that has been an issue for others, so maybe that’s why I did not get the large 250 ct bottles, I just don’t know. I have always been happy with Centrum branded products, so I don’t expect any issues there.

Looking at the ingredients and amounts listed in the supplement facts, there are a few things to be mindful of:1. Excessive Vitamin A: This supplement contains 1,050 mcg of Vitamin A, which is 117% of the daily value. While it’s not excessive for most people, long-term high intake of Vitamin A (particularly in the form of retinol) can be toxic and lead to liver damage or other health issues. However, this supplement provides a combination of Vitamin A and Beta-Carotene, which may reduce the risk of toxicity, as Beta-Carotene converts to Vitamin A only as needed.2. Iron (18 mg): The supplement contains a significant amount of iron (100% of the daily value). While iron is essential, excess iron can cause constipation and in severe cases, organ damage. It’s particularly important not to take iron supplements if you’re not iron-deficient unless directed by a healthcare provider.3. Additives and Preservatives: Ingredients like BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) and artificial colorants (Blue 2 Lake, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake) are included. These are generally safe in small amounts, but some individuals may be sensitive or allergic to artificial colors or preservatives. It’s always good to check if you’re prone to such sensitivities.4. My partner has been using this for many years. After the new packaging or this specific batch there is something wrong. She is complaining about tummy problems everyday and feels its dues to this medication. Something for GSK to look into.
