Beautiful, and relaxing. Best Buy! So easy to use and clean! Iâve never had a diffuser that was so easy to clean. It holds a lot of water and that means less time filling and fixing it. It looks great and so cheap for how long this product will last! It is made out of very durable materials. The scents last forever and very easy to change them.

Happy enough with it
Seems to work great. Iâm pretty happy with it. The top doesnât click on, just lifts off easily, which is kind of annoying, but many other diffusers are the same way so itâs not that big of a deal. Four stars because the âcontinuousâ button doesnât actually make it continuous, you have to press the right button several times. Itâs also hard to tell from looking at the diffuser what setting itâs on.

Doesnât stay on
I love the look of this but the directions are confusing. I turned it on and the mist was strong. I wanted to time it to stay on continuously but there is no indication on the buttons located on the front or the remote of how long it is set for.The buttons donât work well so you have to use the remote. Anyway sometimes it would run for a few hours and then shut off. I returned it after 2 days of using it.I am changed my rating to 5 stars because of the excellent customer support. Although I didnât keep the diffuser customer support wrote me back to make it right. I really appreciated that! Making the directions easier to understand would be a benefit for this diffuser.

I love my diffuser, it’s great, I used it all night without having to constantly recharge it. I can control it with the remote control. It has several functions. The lights look beautiful, especially at night. It’s elegant and very easy to use and recharge. The smoke is constant and leaves a scent throughout my home! Highly recommended.

Keeps shutting off
The diffuser worked really well and gave off a good strong mist. It looks nice also. However, after a use or two, it now keeps randomly shutting itself off. I tried every timing selection but it did the same on each one. Also, the light blinks off and on when I put it in intermittent modeâ¦pretty annoying when youâre trying to go to sleep. Wish this wouldnât have happened because I thought I finally found another good diffuser. Wish the seller would replace itâ¦I already returned it.

Pros: Holds a lot of water and lasts pretty much all day. I love the remote you can set how long it runs and easily change the LED colors. Runs Quiet.Cons: Two mist options: Big or small but you cannot tell the difference, expected a bit more mist. Overall great product.
