Usually quality; this shipment not so sure
These are usually quality vitamins. The shipment was left in the metal mailbox in full sun in 79 degree heat. Even a few hours in high heat can degrade Omega 3 fish oils. Lucky the capsules are not melted. I’ll have to wait to discover if they go rancid quickly because of the delivery. I was not given the option to comment on the delivery, otherwise.

Overall very satisfied, NSF certified which is important to me to ensure no metals on other impurities in the supplement. Slightly larger pill, a bit tough to swallow. No smells, burps etc. I purchased few supplements from this brand after an extensive research into quality and certifications

I like this because 1 or 2 can be taken at a time without after taste. I also like the higher EPA concentration. It is similar to Super EPA from Thorne, but at a lower price. And NOW is a reputable brand on par with Thorne.

Still can’t tell if these make a difference in my health. But, I’ve been taking fish oil capsules for years. These are as good as any I’ve taken as for as minimal taste and smell.

The EPA is high, thatâs what helps the brain. Taking 2 gives over 1000EPA and thatâs the number that counts. Lots of fish oil out with low EPAâs, donât buy those because they do not work. Most people do not know that. Companies use consumersâ ignorance to sell poor quality stuff.
