The Grooves – Spine, bones, and tendons drop into the grooves to prevent compression, damage, or bruising. The grooves are engineered to the specifications of a thumb to mimic the effects of a deep tissue massage on the muscles.
The Bumps – Target muscles with pinpoint precision for more effective muscle release. The bumps are designed to mimic the shape of palms and elbows to enable muscle release similar to a deep tissue massage.
The Ends – Rounded ends enable the use against a wall for more control and less pressure. Use the rounded ends to reach and target specific trigger points for enhanced muscle release and relaxation.
The Spinal Channel – Specifically engineered to cradle and protect the spine. Effectively release tension and pain in the back and neck without putting pressure on the spine, shoulder blades, or kidneys.
Foam Quality – High quality EPP foam that doesn’t break down and holds its shape over time.
Benefits – Superior to flat foam rollers on improving flexibility, muscle recovery, sciatica, and releasing back and neck tension and pain.
Exercise Prop – Use the Rolla Roller to enhance and deepen yoga flows, or incorporate the Rollga Roller into strength routines for an added challenge!

Amazing tool for body
This is so great — just breathe and roll — much better than traditional rollers.

Works Well
We have had several back rollers in the past but nothing like this one. It is firm but not painful, and overall helps with flexibility and getting the knots out after a good workout.

well this is not at all like my smooth foam roller at all
I was surprised at how different this roller was on my back than the smooth roller has been. The smooth roller pushed my spine “back into position” with a lot of cracking, altho I dont know if that was actually good for me and my scoliosis. And this one massages the muscle groups along the spine, which was a very different experience. The first time I used it, it hurt a lot, but not because its a bad product, because those muscles were so so tight and constricted. Now its pain free and my back is more loose from it. Love it. Im very glad I got it and that its not moving my spine around like the smooth roller does.I also love it for my shins, another area that is hard to work on. Really great there

Great all-around roller that is highly portable and usable.
This roller is light and super easy to use. The various zones do a great job of getting into the muscle and avoiding just putting pressure on bone. The lightweight portability is a big plus since I find that it encourages more regular use.Areas where I find it most beneficial: IT Band, back, lats, kneck, hamstrings, quads, calvesAreas where I find roller least beneficial: feet, arms, glutes (I prefer something harder for these areas)

Got this for shoulder/back muscle tightness
I got this because I had been using one of these in my physical therapist’s office for back and shoulder muscle tightness (due to sitting for my job all day/week). This is a great device because it supports my weight well (175) and it does an incredible job rolling those muscles without putting unnecessary pressure on my spinal column. Since working through those issues, I’ve used it to roll other parts of the body to great success and comfort. It’s just a super effective tool to have in the arsenal if you are one of those who have a job that requires you to sit all day, hunched over a keyboard.

Nice hard pressure where it is needed
My chiropractor suggested this roller; he may have talked himself out of work. I just love how it can hit so many points. It is so light weight to lift, but such a solid construction. There is no give when rolling the different muscles; I love it. I can’t wait to use it more and get good at it (I currently roll over my hair a lot). I saw some reviews say it was too hard, but I think the word foam in the name makes you think it has some squish to it and it doesn’t. I like that feature, but perhaps don’t call it that. Also, I think the price is a bit high; I would expect to pay just under $30, not over.

Easily the coolest and most effective foam roller on the market
Best foam roller Iâve ever had. I have multiple back injuries and some hip problems and I have never come across as effective as a foam roller as this. I also got the softer one, I was hoping I could just have one but I use both regularly because this one is too hard for my hip flexors, but the panda is too soft for my back. Between the two I have absolutely never experienced such effective pain relief from any foam roller. I would recommend this for anything from post workout to pain from injuries, I make everyone I know try it and they all are astounded by how great it feels. Thereâs really nothing like it and I give it my highest recommendation
Yuli –
Same firmness as my firm roller
It’s too firm for a roller with the shape that it has, especially for someone without much back muscle.

Efficace pour les douleurs dorsales , permet de masser l’ensemble du corps . Un peu difficile au début mais avec de l’entraînement on apprécie les résultats
