Ordered a pair of plates, but only recieved a single plate. I tried to get the second half of my order, but the AI customer service was no help and I never recieved a reply when trying to reach out to the original producer on their website.

sharp edges on flaking paint, poor quality
This pair of 25-pound weight plates (1″ center hole) was received with poor paint quality, such that there was extensive flaking of the paint. So many sharp edges around the edge where they plates are handled. I had to install the Fitvids app on my phone to submit a ticket on the poor quality. Their response was that Amazon needed to handle any issues. It’s not worth it to me to send back 50 pounds of item and maybe get the same poor quality in return from Fitvids. I’ll use an angle grinder to smooth off the paint flakes. They were a little over weight anyway.

Good price, but the finish is flaking off.
Hard to beat the price for what you get. Unfortunately the coating is flaking off and making a mess. Every time I use it I’m noticing little bits of coating on the carpet. Never happened with my other weights with enamel finish. If I were using this in the garage or outdoors, I wouldn’t care but for a home gym this might be more trouble than worth. I would give it a 5 star if the finish was not flaking. Too bad.
