As a professional performer i have gone thru several warm up belts. This one is definitely one of the most comfortable and supporting once. Great quality and price. I bought a size 1 and it fits perfect. I didnât want it to be to tide. I had it personalized and it arrived in 3 days. A great belt for anybody that is very active or for anyone that needs to keep their back warm and supported.

This back warmer is a favorite for training on aerial rope, but it is also lovely for warming up my core. Itâs quite snug, which is perfect for my uses, but if you want it for more casual, long term wear, it might be worth sizing up.

Fits ok, scratchy material
I got this as a cheaper alternative to Jelliebend. I like the daily gentle compression as it reminds me to keep everything pulled in. This band is thin which i like and doesn’t seem to roll up or down which i also like. The three stars is due to the length being a little short on my torso. I fully expect these to stretch from the bottom of my bra to the top of my hip bones. This one is about 2-3 inches too short. The material is also kind of scratchy. If you wear it over a tank its fine, but i don’t always like the extra layers. I am not sure if i would order this again. I think it’s a good option for someone who is only wearing this at certain times, but if you’re looking for all day the material isn’t good unless you always plan to wear it over something.
