Over the last several weeks, I have been making use of this 10000 Lux Sunlight Lamp, and I believe that it has been an excellent addition to my office, particularly on days when the weather is dismal. My eye saver these days
This light is awesome! Itâs the perfect size and has just the right amount of weight. Itâs small enough that I can use it while doing other things. After using it for a few days, I noticed that if I turn it on first thing in the morning and let it shine on me for about 20 minutes, I feel way more awake and a lot less groggy. After about 20 minutes, I donât even realize it, but Iâm not fighting that urge to go back to bed anymore. A minute or two after that, Iâm up and ready to start my day. If I forget to use it, I still feel like going back to sleep, but luckily it has a timer function, so I can set it to turn on automatically and not forget. I also love that it has multiple light settings, so I can choose the one that works best for me. I usually use it in the morning while drinking my coffee and checking the news or weather. It fits perfectly on my end table and gives off just enough light that itâs not too harsh. Overall, Iâm really happy with everything. I had been looking for a therapy lamp for my bathroom to help wake up my brain in the mornings, especially after hearing about light therapy on a podcast. Before this, I tried two cheaper lamps, and one of them only lasted about a year.
