Great but damaged
Good roller! Nice that itâs smaller than typical ones and a smidge less hard. It is easier to use too. I had to give 4 stars bc the package arrived opened and thereâs a messed up part of the foam.

Great small sized roller
This roller is definitely on the smaller side, but it has the perfect density and it works as intended. The nubs are too small to really feel but they do help with traction.

smaller foam roller
Great foam roller but its diameter is smaller than the standard foam roller – I didnt expect that but it still works fine for me. Might not be as good for a larger body.

Moderate density, doesnât quite measure upâ¦
First, this isnât quite 12â long by 4â diameter. (Also, the dimensions in the listing say 12x4x4, but as of this review â late December 2024 â the third pic from the listing shows it 12â long by 3â diameter, which is definitely incorrect.)Mine is about 11-3/4â long, with a diameter of 3-3/4â to 3-7/8â (itâs actually ever-so-slightly ovular; if you look at the photo I uploaded of it standing on end â taken straight down and level â youâll see itâs slightly âwiderâ than âtall,â but it still rolls just fine). The slight shortcomings in dimensions, as well as the slightly not-quite-perfectly round circumference are pretty negligible in my opinion, but if itâs important to you, there you have it!Next, while I donât have a way to test its PSI-related strength, Iâve used many foam rollers, and this feels less dense than others Iâve used. Itâs not âsquishyâ by any means, but it does seem to have more give to it; Iâd call it âmediumâ or maybe âmedium-highâ density. It doesnât have any weird odors or anything like that, so thatâs a plus. I find that the biggest letdown is that its ânubsâ are really quite flat. Itâll keep it from being slick if it gets wet from sweat or water, but other than making it easier to handle, these flat little discs on it arenât raised enough for me to feel theyâre doing any âtargetedâ trigger-point work. The roller itself is fine for just rolling your legs/glutes/etc. after a workout, but it certainly seems like a more âlow-budgetâ item. The color is a nice sky blue, not as lavender as it appears in the photo (of course, every monitor is different).Itâs OK, but nothing to fanboy about. Thanks for reading; I hope that my review helps you out!

Robust roller, solid material
The material of this roller is very dense and works very well. I expect this will work for a long time and hold up well for a long time. I like the texture that’s on the roller, the little bumps give it a good texture.

Great a little bit small but works

Firm and Perfect-Sized
This massage roller is the perfect size for me. I saw that others say it’s too small or too soft but I think it’s quite firm in my opinion. It’s made of very dense foam and doesn’t bend under the weight of any of my body parts. It’s nearly 12″ long and nearly 4″ wideâthe exact right size for my neck which is what I’ll be using it for. If you are a larger-than-average-sized person or want a large roller, then this isn’t the one for you. But if you’re average-size and need a basic, firm roller, then this is a great one to choose.

Firm but small
I guess the dimensions were listed and are accurate, but I was still caught offguard with just how little this was. I use foamrolling mostly on my IT bands, and this doesn’t work great for that… it’s a little too small since my thigh is always shifting a little with each back and forth. I know some people like to use on lowerback too, and I can’t imagine this being a good size for that. But aside from that, the firmness is very good (better than my old foamroller that is starting to break down) without being TOO firm. I have another one that has some sort of hollow PVC core, and that thing is hard as a rock and too painful to use. This one strikes a good balance. It’s a good value too, and taking up less space in the home gym is a benefit of being smaller
