Was great when it worked which was only 1 month.
Really liked this toothbrush and when it worked it was great. Unfortunately, item stopped working after only a little over 30 days (just outside the amazon return window).Edited to 5 stars. Seller reached out and offered me a complete refund of my money as it was past amazon return window. I asked for a replacement instead and they were happy to oblige. GREAT customer service and as I said previously, loved the tooth brush when it was working.

Excellent – better than my Sonic Care
I ordered two – one for my husband and for me. Both of us really like it. Iâve used Sonic Care for years but my last one had battery issues.This toothbrush âhandleâ fits my small hand better than the sonic care. Sometimes Iâd accidentally turn off my other toothbrush because it was difficult for me to grip. This one fits my small hand and doesnât easily accidentally turn off.I just had my routine dental appointment and my hygienist said my teeth were so clean her âtoolsâ just slid across my teeth. Gums were also good.I also like that the quad timer slows down when itâs time to go to the next quadrant. Iâm hard of hearing and sometimes didnât hear my Sonic Care beep. The battery charge seems to last forever – I use my toothbrush @ least 3 times / day – sometimes more, because of chemotherapy âmouthâ Iâve only needed to charge it twice since purchasing. It charges quickly.This is a great high quality toothbrush and the price is unbelievable.

This toothbrush is amazing for teeth that need a gentle clean, I personally have bad teeth that need a little extra care and gentler cleaning and this has been perfect for that! The amount of brushes and variety of settings you get for the price is great and the battery life lasts a long time. The travel case is also quite small and extremely easy to stick into a suitcase or backpack for on the go cleaning!

I bought this August 2023, by October 2024 it no longer works. Charging it does nothing, pressing the buttons does nothing. It’s a shame because it worked great before that but I’d rather not have to buy a whole new kit every year.
