JUST PLUG IN AND PLAY!
WALKING PAD SIDE: been using this 2-sided walking pad for abt 2 wks now & love it! I purchased 1 that was a 1-sided walking pad â but after I found this 2-sided walking pad/foot massager, I returned the 1-sided one â and I am MORE pleased with the 2-sided one. After 2 wks I decided to read the instruction manual for better clarity on the remote & overall usage & Iâm impressed with the functionality & design.MY BODY & HOT FLASHES: one thing I did NOT realize (at first) was that after walking for 30 minutes, and I sit for a few minutes, my feet get really hot & throb â probably due to poor blood circulation & hot flashes (menopause) not the machine. The manual does NOT say when to use the massage side â so I guess either before or after is fine — I decided to try it after one day to see how it works & it TOTALLY HELPED alleviate the heat & throbbing. I was an athlete & not worked out consistently for years, which this has helped get me back on track & the more I use it the better I feel & sleep too!STEPS: wish it had a step counter also on the panel, but I bought a pocket counter on Amazon for $8, which totally works. I get at least 5k steps in 45 min. I am working my way up with more use, hoping to keep up with my grandchildren.REMOTE: I appreciated that the remote came with 1 battery, already installed, plus an extra one, which was a nice touch. The walking pad itself is super-user-friendly. The remote control has play/pause buttons, as well as the â+ & -â buttons to adjust speed. When I first started, I didnât realize that âPAUSEâ would completely stop the treadmill (duh). I did not want to lose the tracking data (time, speed, distance, calories), so I would keep the belt in motion to record. Initially, I thought I had to decrease the speed to .6 & jump off (DONâT DO THIS AT HOME) to record progress, but the pause button is there for safety reasons & I can push play to record my stats after I get off the belt. I suggest that future instruction booklets include a note at the onset of the booklet that explains the PLAY/PAUSE button’s function. Silly me, I did not realize that PAUSE meant stop. The manual says START/PAUSE. Maybe START/STOP would have been better. Otherwise, instructions are clear & understandable.STORAGE: walking pad is heavy for me, but once I pull it upright, I could easily move it using the roller wheels. For the most part I store it upright â bc I am using it in my living room with the TV. I plan to roll it out of the way & under the bed, when we have company. Or Iâ encourage my guests to try it out LOL.HANDLES & BLACK BOXED FEET: booklet says the âorange handlebarsâ are to lift it â but they are on the same side as the rollers â and b/c I store it upright, that wonât work for me. I cannot pull those handles up & roll at the same time. I can manage to store it upright without any problem tho. Another thing to consider is that the black boxed feet at the other end of the rollers left black marks on my painted wall when I store upright for the first time, so I place small pieces of paper towel between the boxed feet & the wall to protect the surface. Again this is bc I want to store it upright most of the time. Last note for the rollers, does not roll easily on carpet – but easily on wood floors.FOOT MASSAGE SIDE: It offers five speeds, and Iâve found that starting the lowest speed is way too slow for me â so I use 5th speed which is comfortable & effective and watching something on YT makes the time fly by â otherwise walking is very boring IMHO.BLOOD CIRCULATION: massager side helps with blood circulation, and although I did not think I had circulation issues, a Dr recently told me I did â that is why I have hot flashes and inflammation — (darn that menopause)! I DO get a little relief after using the foot massager, which is a bonus! The booklet mentions long-term use can help with foot-coldness & cardiovascular health! I am 64, so I am hoping this helps my blood to circulate better in the near future, especially bc I sit at my computer working more than I would like to.SPEED RANGE: walking padâs speed range goes up to 4 mph, which is great for me. The 1st walking pad I bought went up t 3.8 mph. Iâm not a runner, but Iâve found that I AM able to run (now) btw 3-4 mph without too much trouble â knee inflammation. I like how the treadmill allows me to get a good workout without feeling like Iâm overexerting myself. I did notice a slight rubber smell after about 30 minutes, and hoping it is just a new-machine scent, similar to the smell I get when I first turn on the heat in the winter. If it becomes a problem I will contact the seller.STRETCHES: instructions in back of the booklet suggest some helpful stretches, which I did not see or read before using the treadmill. I recommend reading the entire manual beforehand AND stretching before and after for a few minutes, as itâs always good to get the blood flowing to avoid injury and be well informed on usage.NOISE LEVEL: none whatsoever! The first treadmill I bought bothered hubby who works at home in the basement a few days a week. He would hear pounding when I was using it (running). With this one being so heavy, I get no noise whatsoever so this c/b better for those who are on a higher floor level in an apartment. I use it upstairs and our house is 75 years old and does have creaky floors. I also use it on a floor rug too.OVERALL: Iâm more than satisfied with this walking pad treadmill/foot massager. Itâs been a great addition to my morning or evening routine, & I actually feel lighter (NOT light-headed) and more energized after using it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile, easy plug-and-play treadmill, with added benefits for relaxation & circulation! Price is totally worth it! Now I just gotta sell my elliptical machine which Dr says is bad for my knees!

I’m in love â¤ï¸
So I just got this today and it took me less than 5mins to put together. It is small but fairly heavy and great quality. The remote works and came with an extra battery which is awesome. I can store it right next to my desk and I love that it has the two different sides. The massage side feels amazing and really gets the blood flowing. For the price this walking pad is incredible.Oh I forgot to mention how quiet it is – I have nothing bad to say about it.My kids all got on and loved it as well so this is going to be such a great addition to our home.I will update if anything changes but as of right now – 5 stars. Not to mention it came 3 days earlier than expected. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
