Functional and ready to use while in a sitting position.
There are many exercise videos available for the Rycid Saker Twist Arm Trainer, that should help the beginner. I’m pushing 80 yrs., so I started with the “light weight” model. What I like most, for me, is using the product at home, in a sitting position. No need to be on the floor or have special gym equipment to take advantage of the power in the Saker product and you can create any kind of exercise routine to meet your specific needs. Start slow, I’m still doing only ten reps and watch your upper body strength increase over time. Great product!!

Arm chest and shoulder workout all in one
Arrived fast and accuratelyDescribed. This thing doesnât look like much but it works. If you are not in shape or have limited upper body strength I suggest using the lighter model. The one I got was stiff and hard to work but thatâs because I got lazy and had to rework my arms and chest. At first 8-10 was all I could do. Now Iâm up to 20 and it leaves a good pump. Soreness at first.

Item works great but you need to have done pushups or bench press to bend this Saker twister. I purchased the 60lb – 110lb and it takes some strength to work it.

Too difficult to use. The springs are extreamly over sized and virtually zero adjustability. I’m 5’11 and 200lbs and I can barely use this thing without feeling like its gonna blow my shoulder out. Gonna purchase the other brand thats adjustable
