I have been taking this fish oil supplement for several years to lower my cholesterol. Between these capsules, dietary changes and the statin drug I take, my cholesterol levels are great now. They donât have a fishy taste or smell which is really important to me. They are rather large so some might have trouble swallowing them, although I donât. I will continue to purchase these.
