Got this for a gift and it was to help jump start a better healthy workout lifestyle at home with the flexibility of the gym and being able to add resistance to it as you build up your strength.I love the variety of weights in this package. The fact that it has enough resistance to handle up to 150 lbs is just great! The locking mechanisms to get the resistance bands onto the strap I think could have been built a bit better so it has an easier time locking into the loop. I tried to actually put all of them on and it does take a little bit of time more than I would like but honestly how often will you put all the straps on at the same time.The level loop bands are pretty cheap looking to me. they do work as intended but I dont know how long they will last over use. They are relatively thin.The cooling towel is a nice addon, def will be using that during the workouts.the armband is too bulky for my taste, doubt that will be used.The carry bag is great and can carry hold all the resistance bands without issue.Overall a good set of bands, great pricing!

A great set of resistance bands for your workout
Iâve never used resistance bands before, so when I purchased these, I wasnât quite sure what to expect other than they had been recommended to me before by fellow workout partners. It has a wide variety of different resistance levels, and there are handles included so that you can easily use these resistance bands. I find it a really good way to give yourself a great workout with various muscle groups with a variety of resistant weights. They seem to be durable and well labeled. I recommend it.

Can do so many different workouts
I bought this for my 80 yr old father so he could add some different workouts to his regime. He works out everyday lifting weights and riding on the bike that doesnt go anywhere, his words lol. He noticed he wasnt getting any bigger and wasnt getting stronger. I had reminded him that he needed to change up his routine and add different excercises. But he was limited on what he had access to in his home and needed something compact. He loves this set. Its actually more then what he needed but great. He likes that it came with a book to show different workouts that he can do with the equipment. He has had bands before but liked these better. He really likes the attachments that he uses on the door as its giving him different workouts like those similar to what he would get from different machines but in the comfort of his own home. And with the different strength bands he can grow his strength more as he progresses. Its all very good quality and he recommends it.

Good Alternative to Have in a Home Office
I am still getting used to these, but having these in my home office allows me to get quick bursts of exercise throughout the day and not have to dedicate time to get to the gym. Don’t get me wrong, I still go to the gym. But these allow me to get some work in if I know I will not be able to get to the gym that day. My verdict is still out on durability, as I’ve only had them for a month. The one piece that I was disappointed with was the wrist wraps and the Figure-8 stretch band. Both felt a little cheap. The wrist bands are not comfortable and I will probably never use them. The Figure-8 band feels like I will tear it apart with 1 pull.
