x3 Daily Use, definitely worth it
Got this as a birthday present for my boyfriend who practically every day would ask me to walk on his back and he does this little twist in bed at night that requires him to swing his leg over my body (GET OFF ME!!). He looooves these circles and uses them every single day. Morning, evening, night. He used the littlest one the least, but still uses it. I put in a good back crack like once a week. It kind of hurts me after the crackings, but I think Iâm using it wrong haha. Definitely worth the money to see him use it so often. Heâs able to put a lot of weight on it and it hasnât broke yet.

Crackalackin but not lacking
I figured that Iâd give this one a try. Iâm flexible so hyperextension ones donât help. I typically require another person to put pressure on both sides of a vertebra while Iâm laying face down. That requires another human and they arenât always around. This given the divet in the center my bodyâs pressure adds the needed force on both sides of my spine. Multiple cracks so 5 stars.

Thin padding
They get the job done. Just wish they had more padding. The plastic edges can hurt when you use them because the padding is so thin. Maybe thatâs the reason there cheaper then others?

LOVE LOVE LOVE
Have a lot of lower back issues from a car accident 14+ years ago. These work great for stretching it out. WAY better than a foam roller! The sizes are great too. Thought I would love the largest one the most but actually the smaller one works best for me.
