Very useful
My boyfriend has sciatica so got this hoping it would help. He loves the leg roller part he can get the whole nerve which gives him pain relief. The leg stretchy thing he loves as it helps stretch out that nerve also relieving a little pain. The balls are great for his feet and also mine lol haven’t used the back roller too much as its not really his back that hurts but love that you can open the top and put everything inside so don’t lose it. Pretty happy with this

Nice Foam Roller and Accessories
There’s a lot to like about this product and accessories. I researched *a lot* of other options and I’m glad I bought this.Let’s talk about the main roller itself: the foam density is what I personally need. It’s yielding enough to not cause pain, but firm enough to actually knead and massage. The pattern texture of the foam is well designed and a full rotation is very thorough: deep blunted spikes and smooth stretching areas really target my muscles.The accessories are all rather nice. I bought this because I wanted a yoga stretching strap, and for me the other accessories were just a bonus. The spike ball is useful, I use it quite frequently. The peanut has a silicone-like texture and is surprisingly nice to use, like a compressive massage.The handled roller is awesome to use as well, but it is a very hard plastic and not foam. It also does not easily fit *inside* the main foamroller storage area without serious “Tetris skills”. Certainly not a dealbreaker for me but if that matters, try to put it inside first (on an angle) and pack everything around it.Now, durability: I’m well under 200lbs, and yes it does creak under my full torso weight. It doesn’t sound or feel like it’s going to break… but it is not a ‘quiet experience’. I think the sounds are from the threads and caps being slightly compressed under my full weight. I haven’t tried removing both caps before use to confirm this theory.The only other improvement to suggest for this product would be to make it a bit longer/wider and larger in diameter. I really like the storage concept and aside from it being an occassionally unquiet experience, would recommend.

Just Right!
Love this! I was a little surprised that the foam roller was a little smaller than what I was expecting. But it worked out perfectly. Its long enough that it gets my whole back (with a little room on each side), however it is small enough that it stores in an apartment perfectly. I love the spines on the foam rollers! On previous foam rollers they have been too hard for my liking, but these are a bit flexible so they are not too hard on my back, but you can still tell they are sturdy. The storage compartment is an added bonus!

Really effective foam roller, good accessories
Extremely effective foam roller. The double lacrosse ball is great for lying on to release paraspinal muscles. The rolling pin thingie is great for quads. Nice to have a stretching strap. The only piece I don’t like the feel of is the spike ball. I have another foot roller I like much more.I only wish all the accessories would fit together inside this roller. It’s necessary to leave at least one out to get it closed.
