This Plant-O Health supplement packs a punch with prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, and digestive enzymes. It’s basically a 4-in-1 gut health powerhouse! If you’re looking to improve your digestion and support your gut health, this supplement could be worth a try. I feel less bloated, maybe a bit more energy, and things are moving along a bit smoother, if you know what I mean. ðOf course, everyone’s different, and I’m no scientist. But for me, it seems to be helping. Plus, it’s easy to remember to take just one capsule a day.I’d say it’s worth a try if you’re looking for a little gut support. Works better than I hoped
This is a huge help for my senior dog. She has suddenly gotten a sensitive belly. 2 with dinner every night. Still a little gas but nothing like it had been. She could clear a room. Both of us are much happier now. I believe she feels better.

Cool Product w Multiple Functions!
It took me a while to figure out how I truly felt about this product, but I have noticed after a few weeks taking it (among many other meds) that it actually does improve my bloating when taking it consistently as directed. I like that the product is a pre and probiotic and I appreciate that it does come in a large quantity.

I tried this Complete Gut Health supplement, and it genuinely works. It seems to be a great quality ingredients, After meals, especially heavy ones, so it helped reduce gas and bloating. I also noticed that my stomach felt less inflamed. doesnât have any smell , but I do taste a little bit of flavor , wherever To test its effectiveness, I dissolved one capsule in milk overnight, and by the next morning, the milk was curdledâproof of live bacteria present in the product. Additionally, the capsules are small and easy to swallow, making them very convenient to use. Highly recommended!

I liked that I am more regular starting day 1, but I donât like that some of the capsules were empty. I will update after I have finished the bottle.

Not bloated
I been taking this a week now & first off Iâm definitely not as bloated . I do feel more energetic which I didnât think of that till after a few days later I realized Iâm not laying around as much . I did loose 2lbs as well but of course itâs not a miracle product it was combined with a caloric deficit. It doesnât have any taste or weird smell so thatâs a plus . So in my opinion worth the $ granite itâs also not pricey either so thereâs that too .
