These work great for meal prepping – we use these in our deep freezer and they re-heat well. One time use only.

Great containers and lids
19 oz size capacity is suited for a max16 oz liquid capacity IMHO. Containers are great quality, freeze well, and microwave flawlessly. I have taken gently used containers, pierced holes in the bottom and used them as seed starters since they compost. Pics attached of 17 oz of water. While the container could hold 19 oz of liquid, it would be improbable to put on the lid and not slosh, making a mess. Best to stick with a 16 oz liquid, and allow headspace for freezing expansion. I havenât tried solid foods yet.

What a joke?! These are so small. You could maybe fit a can of tuna in one. Iâll just stick to the to go boxes at Samâs.Update: they work for some things like 1 cup of prepared hamburger helper.

These are fantastic. They are not that large which allows for easy storage and they even come with forks that fit right inside the container! This is a bonus so you have a disposable fork for your lunch! If you meal prep a lot like I do these are a must have!
