Red Light Therapy spa experience
I first experienced a red light therapy session at an acupuncturist session and I saw it used on problem areas in patients. I started reading the benefits of red light therapy for sleep, muscle recovery, increasing collagen, injuries etc. I purchased a different one first and I loved it, however, when I decided to gift that one to family, I saw this one for a better price and I loved that it has 4 different lamps to target different areas, and it also has a timer which is great because sometimes I forget how long I’ve been under and timing matters. Each lamp can be turned on or off which is even better. This is a great stable red light lamp for at home treatments that cost way less than the spa.

I love this little light. Itâs a must have face care product!!My face looks great!! It really cleared up my psoriasis!! My skin feels smoother and softer!I found it easiest to use if I put cream on my face, it seems to be smoother feeling to my face.

The lights don’t stay put when screwed onto the tripod. You’d need some loctite on it. The base when tightened with the screw still wants to move. It slowly slides back down, compact as time goes on.I wish there was a way to turn off the display entirely. It’s only an on/off for the lights.Timer works fine. Lights work fine. I have no idea if red light therapy really works, but I’m willing to try it out.

Lights Work Great, But Tripod could Be Better
I have only used this a handful of times, and I can say the lights are very mobile which is great, and can be set up to focus on the whole body or specific areas which I really like, but the tripod is not very good. The screw on nut could easily be broken off, and I have noticed setting it up in a way I like has been quite difficult and thus deterred me from using it as often as I probably should.

Well holding the device in my hand putting it together it slipped out it dropped one foot from my hand to the floor and it stopped working so if you get it don’t drop it or don’t let it fall because it’s very very fragile or it’s been a little more money get something more sturdy just being honest.
