Very helpful, but sizing is off
I needed a brace after having surgery for a tibial plateau fracture. I tried out a couple, but this one gave me the best stability for lots of activities, including walking, horseback riding, and kayaking.It can get a little uncomfortable when worn for a long time, but overall this was the best brace I found, and is definitely more comfortable than those with metal support.I’m giving it an overall 4 because the sizing is definitely off and the most recent one I purchased doesn’t fit or hold as well. My first purchase had a tag of 2XL/3XL, so that’s what I ordered when I needed a replacement. But the second one of this same size is WAY too big (and it’s not because I lost weight – you can see in the pictures that these are clearly different sizes.) I’m trying a L/XL next in the hopes that *that* is the right size. I’m also hoping a new one will have better sticking ability. This most recent one needs adjustment constantly, although it might be because I can’t get it tight enough with it being way too large.

This would easily be a five star product, as the first one I bought is, but the scratchy pokey part of the straps is wider than the part it sticks to. So, the scratchy pokey part is also applied to the back of my knee which is irritating. If I apply the straps just so I can make it tolerable. The first one is very comfortable and really does help my knee. This one the same with some irritation.

A great brace that stays where you place it and provides good support.
This has a nice non-slip top area inside the brace so it doesn’t slip down you leg once it’s fastened on. The wrap around straps do a great job of support to keep your knee aligned, if that’s your issue, as is mine. You have control over how tightly to wrap it so it’s comfortable for all day if needed.Of those I’ve used – this is my favorite and has been a tremendous help in stabilizing my knee so it can heal.

Patella opening is small.
I probably could have gone down a size. It wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped as the patella opening I thought was small and put some pressure directly on it.

Die Bandage läÃt sich einfach anlegen , ist für links oder auch rechts geeignet , da mann durch die Klettbänder genau den richtigen Sitz platzieren kann. Sie rutscht nicht und gibt Halt wo sie es soll. Super geeignet für kräftige Beine. Bin angenehm überrascht und empfehle diese Kniebandage gerne weiter.

I have big knees so I bought the XXL version; it fitted well and the relief it brought was instant.I have no idea how or why this knee brace works but it worked the instant I put it on. It says on the instructions to start with 1 hour and increase over a few days, but I put it on and kept it on for 8 hours or more every day since. It was comfortable enough and did not ever slip down, not even on the dog walks.It’s only been a few days, but I now notice I am in less pain overnight and first thing in the morning, so I guess something is healing, in my self-inflicted knee joint pain (awkward sitting down with my leg trapped under me). I’m assuming I’ve torn a tendon and that will take some time to fully heal.Anyway, the product quality is good, it fits well on my large knees, it’s confortable enough and, best of all, it works!Buy again: YesRecommend to a friend: Yes
