Comfortable hand weights
These barbells are great and portable. I like to use them when I visit my home health patients, and what makes them even better is that I can adjust them to fit each client’s weight-lifting capabilities. I also use them during my workout days. They are durable, and it is easy to increase or decrease the weight.Come in nice colors, and I highly recommend them.

These adjustable weight hand bells are well built. The Weights are easy and quick to twist on and off. The main Bar is 2lbs. Each .5 disc snaps securely into place. The grip is comfortable. Great value for the money. Easy to travel with. These are my unicorn adjustable hand weights.

I have had this set probably 5 days. 3 of those days I have used the set for my home exercise routine. It is easy to add or remove weights to get the best resistance. Instead of 4 handbell sets, I have just one set of handles, and weights to add to increase weight up to 5 pounds. I am happy with the set. I recommend it to others.

I’m just starting with weights. I’m learning as you get older you need strength training. These are my first go round with weights. I think this us a great starter set. Might not be enough for folks who are into lifting. The plates are easy to remove and put back on. I’ve already used them and I love them. The handle has a nice firm comfortable grip. I don’t feel like they’re going to slip out of my hands. The handle is 2 lbs each without any of the plates added. Each plate is 0.5 lbs. I have limited space in my apartment so a dumbell rack was completely out of the question. Easy to store. This is perfect and I think these weights are a great value especially being able to customize them for your needs.
