Sturdy and easy to assemble
I just assembled my bench and it was very easy , instruction could be larger. Unit comes with a nice toolbag with tools and hardware needed. I could not find any details how to fold the unit and it appears did-assembly is required. I will post more once itâs in use, so far it looks like a winner.

Product seems sturdy and well made for the price point. I have a great appreciation for the ability to fold the unit for easy storage.The package I received has 1 missing part and 1 quality defect as shown in the picture. The defect wouldn’t bother me except it is a safety issues.I’ve reached out to the manufacturer. I will update this review with the outcome.UPDATE: I reached out to the manufacturer and they shipped the replacement parts free of charge.I’ve used this bench over the past few weeks. It has been great. I highly recommend it.

Itâs kinda cheaply made. If you are benching more than 300 lbs it is a little unstable. The end where your upper body goes bends when you get that much weight on it. Would be nice if the preacher curl part comes out without unbolting. Overall itâs OK. Will not buy again when this one breaks in a year.Update: After less than a month of use this thing is already broken what a waist please save your money, donât buy this garbage!

The good and the bad
The bench is super lightweight, which is great for moving and adjusting, but this comes at a structural disadvantage. I did not feel stable while benching 225. When you load the bench, it tightens up, but it still has just the slight amount of movement where the bench splits, adding just the slightest amount of negative degree instead of being perfectly flat. The leg extension bar is also super loose, even when loaded. It does the job, but it adds alot of instability aswell as the inner leg bars being slightly uncomfortable (I am 6â1 so i understand, it was probably designed with universality in mind, and im on the high range of average). All in all, for the price, i expected something a little more stiff and rigid, but it will get the job done. I will probably end up buying another for myself and pass this down to my wife.

This is a solid bench for the price with some caveats & unfortunately, quality control is lacking.The good:-Solid looking foldable bench-Adjustable preacher pad-Main bench seat and backrest seem to have great padding & cover-Backrest angle adjustment arm is solid as a rockThe not so good:-Probably a bit high for smaller persons-The preacher pad is not meant to double as a back extension (doesn’t go low enough & no ankle pad)The bad:-The round foam pads for the leg extension are unprotected urethane foam, just the kind pets like to chew on. If you have pets, they probably won’t survive long. They’ll also attract all dirt and stray hair. Should have been covered with the same leatherette as the bench.-The leg extension ankle bar is very cheaply made. The manual says that the leg extension can have up to 88Lbs, but i’m quite sure this bar will bend much before that. Yes, it’s that cheap.-The weld on the leg extension lever was offset by 1/16″, which isn’t too bad, but affects looks.The Ugly:-The cut on the leg extension lever where one of the pins go was not cleaned up and had a lip in the hole. This prevented me from installing it. I had to use a grinder to buff the side and a drill to clean up the hole. Which means that if I didn’t have these powertools, I would not have been able to assemble it. This point is the reason for the 3 star rating, otherwise it would have been a good 4 stars.TL;DR – Solid bench, folds for storage, looks solid enough. But leg extension is cheap & I had to use powertools to fix the leg extension lever arm to be able to install it.

For the price itâs great. Itâs a solid bench. Iâm pressing 250 and the bench is solid. The welds looks a bit off angle, but they hold well. The sewing and materials are held on by staples and not heavy sewing, but they hold well too. Overall itâs a great bench, and the pads are comfortable.
