Customers say
Customers find the air fryer cookbook offers many great recipes that are easy to follow and simple to prepare, making it particularly suitable for beginners and veteran cooks alike. The book receives positive feedback for its tasty meals and different cuisines, with one customer noting it includes enough spices for flavor. However, the cookbook lacks pictures, and while some customers find it well-written, others describe it as poorly written. Moreover, the index is criticized for not being alphabetical, and customers disagree on the value for money, with some finding it extremely reasonable while others consider it worthless.

packed with great recipes for an air-fryer
This is a great book with lots of good air-fryer ideas. My only complaint is that the recipes are very minimal with as many as 3 or 4 per page. There is enough information to get to cooking but sometimes a more elaborate written explanation of what is required would be helpful. Many of the recipes also require some of the cooking to be done on a stove or in a microwave so it isn’t a “pure” air-fryer cookbook. Thats not all bad but I have had to refer to other books on ocassion to find out what is needed for a particular recipe. Many good ideas, though.

Terrible indexes and organization!!
So, I wanted first to look at their recipe for Air Fried Chicken — which all cookbooks should have. Easy, right?I usually go to the index first since that allows me to zero in. So I flipped to the back and encountered a segmented index that is organized into additional groups. There are groups for “Nuggets, Fingers, Strips and Bites,” “Chicken Wings,” “Chicken Thighs,” “Chicken Drumsticks,” “Chicken Breasts,” “Whole Chicken,” and then confusingly “More Chicken Meals” — which made me wonder what other parts of the chicken they are frying up! And these are in page order. At least most of them are. Some are not and follow no logic that I can see. There is nothing labeled “Fried Chicken,” but several that say “crispy” or similar. I’ll have to hunt through each candidate.I also noticed that Chicken Tenders are not listed under Strips but under breasts. Bacon is not under Pork. Pork Nuggets are under Nuggets, not Pork. Air Fried Pork Popcorn Bites don’t appear under any index group that I can find.Oh, and since the index categories are not in alphabetical order, you’ll have to hunt to find the right group(s). For example, corn is the very last vegetable group. The book itself is divided into some strange categories. Good luck if you are looking for breakfast items! Some are under “Brunch” while others are under “Quick and Easy” or “Sweets and Dessert.” They have Snacks & Side Dishes and a separate Vegetables and Vegetarian section — but both include vegetable side dishes. As I hunt for the recipe I want, I see lots that I want to try. Honestly, it looks like a quite good cookbook that is just really, really terribly arranged. If you are willing to put in extra effort, this could be a good resource. It’s just so hard to use!

REAL RECIPES FOR EVERYONE
I love my air fryer and canât imagine our kitchen without one. I have purchased other air fryer cookbooks but felt that they tried to cram so many recipes that they were so tiny you needed a magnifying glass to read themâand they werenât foods you would eat. I found this cookbook to be REALâin that the recipes were made from items that I would eat (and Iâm not very picky) but that they are items I would normally buy and eat.The cookbook does not have pictures, but that makes any cookbook costly. The table of contents is laid out with several chaptersâQuick & Easy; Brunch; Snacks & Side Dishes; Pork, Beef & Lamb; Poultry; Fish & Seafood; Vegetables & Vegetarian; Sweets & Desserts. It also has a measurement conversions page; Air Fryer Cooking Chartâand an Index. If I were to have one complaint, it would be that they didnât use an alphabetization method for listing the recipes, which is usually a standard practice. So, while looking under, say muffins, you need to read what each type of muffin is available, not just looking for blueberry. My final opinion is this air fryer cookbook is very usable with recipes that will delight anyone.

Great Air Fryer Cook Book
This is a really good cookbook, especially for those of us who have just started using an air fryer. The recipes are clear and concise and thus far, the recipes I have made with it turned out nicely. Highly recommend this!

Correct, no pictures, but so simple to follow and the outcome is just fabulous. So far I have entertained 4 groups of friends and my family daily, over the month I have had the book. Everyone has just enjoyed the outcome of each meal, from fresch fish, through meats, chicken, turkey and veg.I use the Cosori double drawer airfryer which helps with versatile options and preparing more than one item. This is a must for beginners, children and older folk like me trying to convert my head around new cooking experiences, most enjoyable. The book is well structures, with handy convertion charts on pages 172 and 173.Table of contents in the front and a well thought out index of foods at the back really work well if you spend 5 minutes looking through them. Thanks to Jenson William
