    As someone who has been to therapy regularly, these cards are great! Therapy requires appointments and that is not always something you can do based on time constraints, or if you’re just looking to handle something in the moment. These cards give super helpful tips on how to be a better you!I think these would be a great practice. I’ve been doing ‘a card a day’ for about a week now to see if it helps improve my mindset and it totally does.Would definitely recommend

    Good cards for journaling
    I definitely needed more mindfulness in my life, which is why I got these cards. The size and thickness is perfect. The box they come in is also perfect. The lid comes completely off, so there is no wear and tear on flaps like a regular deck of cards box. I really appreciate that because I do one card every day in my journal, so that represents a lot of opening and closing of the box. The reason why I deducted a star is because I think there are a few too many cards that are all about breathing. They all say pretty much the same thing. Breath slow and deep for about 3-4 breaths while thinking about such and such. Its just too much breathing and not enough mindfulness on a large variety of things. They still have some excellent cards in the deck, so I’m not disappointed that I got them. I just wish that there was a little more variety outside of breathing.
