Simple enough to say that proper back protection when lifting continuously is extremely important. I cannot tell you how many employees I met with horrible backs due to not wanting to waste the amount offered on such a positive tool. Totally worth it

Velcro closures wore out after about 5 months – other reviews are correct, not good velcro.
I would not recommend this belt unless you plan on buying 3-4 per year. After 4 months of use, about 3 times per week, the velcro just stopped holding. Shop other products that may last longer.

I strained my back some while ago and it takes forever to recover. A friend recommended such a belt and I bought this one ofter reading the reviews. I absolutely love it! Definitely does its job perfectly, stabilizes my back well and therefore keeps my pain level low. After researching on other products I made sure to order a size bigger and I don’t regret the decision (I had the chance to try one that was 3x bigger in size and that worked too because it’s that flexible). Personally I believe it’s worth the price since it feels good in quality and seems well made. Will definitely use that for work as well (since I have to lift around furnitures sometimes) and additionally a bit to help correcting my posture.

I suffer from chronic back pain as well degenerating discs and this has made a huge difference!
