Omg thank you
The other day I couldnt even stand upright the pain in my lower back was so bad. I ordered a different back brace but it didn’t really fit right even though I measured my waist so I ordered this one. I honestly can say I have no pain at all now. I didn’t think a brace would make such a difference but it really does. I haven’t taken it off and woke up this morning with no pain at all. I am so grateful for this product. It’s so difficult at times ordering from Amazon just because there are so many choices but this was the perfect choice this time. It’s comfortable and I slept with thru out the night with no problems. I plan on wearing it to work since my job requires alot of lifting and pushing. Thank you so much for this fantastic product. Also, unlike my first purchase, the sizing is accurate.

Back Brace
This back brace is wonderful. I just found out I have a herniated disk and sciatic pain. I’ve been wearing this brace everyday to help support my lumbar and it definitely is relieving the pain. I can wear it under my shirt comfortably. I’m a 5’6′ woman at 215 lbs. so I bought the XL/XXL and it fits well.

Good brace but issues later
UPDATE: as the surface area of where the Velcro straps normally attach becomes worn down, the straps stop sticking like they should. One of the straps keeps popping off. If I move it to an unused area it will stick but then it is too tight or too loose. The belt is only 3 months old and I may have to find a replacement . If anyone can tell me how to fix this issue, I would appreciate it.I have some issues with the lumbar region of my spine. Iâve had several belts with stays sewn in or plates or hot/cold gel packs. Theyâre OK but still didnât help relieve the pain. This belt helps quite a lot. The pads kind oof squeeze and align the spine when I cinch up the straps giving good spine support while I exercise or walk.The Velcro is a different type than what I am used to seeing, but so far is holding well. Itâs a little wider than others but that seems to aid the support it gives. Iâm happy with it and considering buying a second belt. One for home and one in my gym bag..

Under shirt back brace
It is much thinner than the brace I got from the doctor’s office. It provides sufficient support to alleviate back pain while walking and sitting. The best part is that I can wear this under my shirt without looking weird or out of place. The velcro is strong and easy to adjust, should last a long time.

I have an old one similar to this one, but it is all stretched out. The new one is very tight so, you need to hold onto it to velcro together. I use it for my back and wear when riding a stationary bike.

I found the brace very easy to put on and tighten sufficiently for grade support while walking, while also being able to loosen it a bit for sitting. The reason I purchased this brace was so I could wear it under a T-shirt without looking too bulky. It is quite slim.

This back support caused more pain wearing than the pain I was trying to elevate. The extra support for the lower back is hard. It is very uncomfortable to sit with it. While wearing the belt and eliminating most activities, I was in more pain than the pain from my compressed fractured L4 & L5. I went to a specialist and bought a proper support band for my lower back.The quality of the product was good so I gave it 1 star.

The product has a very strong smell like chemicals. I am trying to wash the smell away but haven’t had any luck yet. The size seems correct and seems like it will offer me the support I need if can make it work…..
