Relieve pressure on the waist.
I bought this product because I have been doing a lot of work that involves my waist for a long time. After a while, my waist started to feel very uncomfortable. Good brace
This brace holds my back nicely. Itâs very lightweight and also very itchy so I had to buy camisole so I could put the brace over the camisole and not next to my skin.

OK Brace, But Has Some Issues
Item arrived quickly and was as described. Mesh material was light weight and cooler than my other braces. (The main reason I bought it.) Problem came because the material was so light it lacked strength to stay upright and bunched up around my waistline. Several times I had to adjust the belt to correct this issue. It was easy to put on and take off, and adjust for size.

The best fit
This is one of the best I have had under clothing as well. The front double acrylic tightens in two stages to allow for a great snug fit. The one point that I feel is excellent is that the front is narrower than the back so that one does not have a ‘full body armor’ feeling that comes with the tightening of the upper stomach area where the support is not needed.The back has two large strong inserts to hold the full area carefully and very well, allowing great support when bending. It is very well made and very well worth the price and then some. I’m ordering another for my sister as we are both in the landscape business. It arrived quickly, next day, via Prime.

Easy to Wear Under Clothes
I broke my back 5 years ago and have a high-end, but bulky back brace prescribed by an Orthopedic surgeon. Works great but I can’t wear it everywhere. Tried this one and I love it. Easy to wear under clothes and provides enough support for most activities. I’ll still use the big one for six hours at a theme park, but this thin one is now my every day, all day back brace.

Size chart is accurate, check before buying, very helpful brace.
This brace is super useful and has helped a lot with constant lower back pain. The size chart is accurate, though after a lot of constant use, it does stretch out a bit, but you can keep adjusting the band tightness easily. Definitely choose a size after measuring exactly where your back pain is so you know which size will provide the best support. It comes with instructions on how to put on properly, though it’s super easy and you will get the hang of it after a try or two. Personally, I even wore it to bed on days where the pain was super severe, but that is personal preference. I hope this helps others’ backs like it did to me!

This belt is designed to stabilize the Sacroiliac joint that is hypermobile or inflamed, by reducing pelvic, lower back and leg pain caused by SI joint dysfunction.Pain can take such a toll on your physical and mental state. On the second day I helped lift a 68lb. area rug and lay it out, I had no discomfort, my legs had no pain. Usually I would have had to lay down and rest my back. Itâs not the cure but it helps to set you up for success.I take it off when Iâm sleeping, so first thing in the morning I have pain.Hopefully I can build up that muscle area and not need the belt anymore.

I have sciatica and a whole bunch of wonderful problems. I was really hoping.this would help. Oh it does however⦠I have a major issue. After having kids and not being able to lose the muffin. IT ROLLS DOWN AND I DONT LIKE THAT.So if youâre not skinny like the models donât bother!
