I just used for the very first time an it was excellent!! Iâm trying to cut out my crazy caffeine intake with all of the other pre work out Iâve taken. I also wanted a preworkout that would allow me to workout late at night and not prevent me from struggling to get sleep. Now Iâve only had the chance to try this a couple times and I will come back after a couple weeks of use to update. But this has been amazing! Still gives you good focus and energy at the gym without caffeine! It does have beta alnine in it which gives you that tingly itchy feeling, so if you donât like that it might not be fore you, however I love it. Highly recommended

Taste phenomenal. Good pump and flow. Two scoops still has the tingle so adjust accordingly. For pt or runs I use one scoop. Got the gym on a hard push I use 1.5 scoop. Itâs a little higher priced than I wanted to spend but after seeing how well it works and the flavor itâs worth it.

The taste is horrible and when I opened that container everything was clumped together. I reached out to the supplier and there was no exchange option. I’ve been using this brand for years and this is the firs time that I ordered this flavor. Waste of my and huge regret. Not sure if it was the flavor or the condition of the powder but it gave me the runs for a week.

I wonât say the pre is horrible but it isnât what itâs made out to be. It tastes pretty good, but I never felt any greater pump with this than I normally do. Was easy on the stomach. Very mild and not much of an energy increase. Doesnât clump.

Good pumps, no caffeine so I can lift late at night without messing up my sleep, though this still does have stimulating things in it, so be careful when consuming within a few hours of sleep. I found this works best consumed about 4-5 hours before you plan on sleeping without it affecting sleep.
