Not for me at all
To me I just feel like I most surely wasted my money buying this. I have terrible time falling asleep and staying asleep. I have truly one of the worst cases of insomnia since I graduated from the college I attended and itâs been more than 15 years. It is so bad and I really hate going through it all every night my doctors had no choice but to put me on something but I absolutely hate this situation and wish I could just not have insomnia along with a terrible blood disorder that requires a lot of rest including sleep. This was just as everything else Iâve tried over the counter. Just a fail and a waste of money

Oh well yet another sleep product that doesn’t help me sleep. I guess I’m just unlucky and that it didn’t work for me though it seems for others it did. It’s hard to recommend a product that didn’t work for me but , you may be luckier as some of the reviewer seem to of been. I give it three stars because I believe are some users it does work I’m just unlucky that it didn’t help me
