Stainless steel water bottle
I bought this water bottle for a Cruise. I figured if I had to go and walk halfway across the ship for water, I wanted to fill up once and take it back to the room.I was very surprised when the water was still ice cold when I woke up in the middle of the night even more surprised when it was still cold the next morning when I woke up. I was absolutely floored when the water was still cold and holding ice at lunchtime.I thought I would never use this bottle after the trip I use it frequently. I just took it on another trip. I brought the bottle empty through TSA and got a cup of ice and filled it up for the flight. It was also great to have in the car and besides my bed in the hotel room.I like that you just have to unscrew the cap and drink. I hate the straws because they take much more to clean, the cap comes off easy to fill and the handle has been great to use with the carabiner to clip to my bag or it fits in the Pouch on the side of my backpack backpacksI use this thing all the time. Itâs one of the better things I bought and I am very pleased with it. If youâre on the fence, get it it does a great job.

I have dropped this out of my truck several times. It is dented and scratched and has help up. It is too large for my cupholders and if Amazon Basic would incorporate the one touch flip on a smaller bottle I would buy it.

This is the 2nd thermos-type “water bottle” I’ve bought in a month.– The first, more expensive, actual Thermos brand 24oz ended up being the right size to replace the daily-use, plastic water bottle I was carrying in my tote-purse. But, a tad too small when trying to put two cans of bubble water in plus fresh squeezed citrus/pulp/peel AND ice.– This 30 oz., generic Amazon brand bottle was the max size I was willing to go to fit in those 2 cans/citrus without moving to one with a formal handle; as, I became concerned of being able to grip with one hand while full of liquid. It met my expectation very well.– The slick finish takes a larger, full, strong hand to grasp & pour with one hand. Something to consider if buying for a youth (recommend 24oz size thermos instead) or hand size/dexterity concerns.– The unit is spill proof, but ONLY when the simply designed lid AND cap are fully screwed on (lid screws onto bottle, and attached-cap screws onto lid).– This is NOT a one handed flip-top, rather a screw top that flips back (yes, rachets into open position so does not flip back closed when in use); so, either two hands will be required to unscew lid, or one if user has the dexterity and surface to set thermos on.– The spout is easy to drink from. The liquid flows uninhibited. A straw can easily be inserted, but not spill proof at that point.– 3″ diameter bottom feels stable enough, but no rubber to quiet setting in down or grip better to surface set on. Also, it does NOT taper, so it does not fit in my van’s dashboard or console cup holders.– It comes with a built in carrying handle that lies flat when not in use; but, the plastic looks like it will be the first thing to break off after a few drops…and, the screw on attached-cap a close second (which would then negate the spill-proof function–time will tell, as this is 1st day own this new product type).– Good, wide mouth (2.25″) cup opening with a small, curved inside edge. Wide enough to fit a standard kitchen sink scrub brush (unlike smaller 24oz other brand I purchased that requires an actual bottle brush).– See pix for grip size, surface, lid, inside curve, and outer metal ring a carbiner-corded handle (not included) fastens over well (but takes some effort).

Lids quality low plastic
I purchased for my kids to use at school. My son initially loved this water bottle for the lid and flow of water. I thought I scored another Amazon Basic value. Then someone at school knocked the water bottle off my sonâs desk causing the lids to break into pieces. I have been looking but canât find a replacement lid. Wish the lids quality was higher.

This is a great water bottle, I exclusively drink ice water all day long, and this keeps it suuuper cold all day, the large opening is good for ice and pouring into and the smaller one is best for drinking, itâs also got a handle, which is strong. If itâs tight enough it wonât leak. Good purchase.

Bottle looks good!! Its not too flashy and definitely does not look cheap.I bought it for my school going daughter. She isn’t gentle with it yet the bottle is still in good shape. Keep water cold for 6+ hours in summers.

Denn im Inneren der Flasche befindet sich eine vakuumisierte Metall-Doppelwand, die von auÃen und innen aussieht, als wäre es nur eine Wand. Diese Doppelwand mit dem Vakuum als Isolator sorgt dafür, dass die Temperatur von auÃen nich durch die Wand nach innen durchdringen kann und umkehert.Will heiÃen: eiskalte Getränke im Sommer bleiben schön kalt, auch wenn die Flasche in der Sonne liegt, warme Getränke im Winter bleiben auch bei frostigen AuÃentemperaturen schön warm. Und das funktioniert tatsächlich erstaunlich gut.Ein Nachteil ist das Gewicht der Flasche. Sie hat ein Leergewicht von satten 400g. Wer also auf Gewicht achten muss wie bei Wanderungen, wird eher eine Kunststoff-Flasche verwenden wollen. Wem das Gewicht egal ist, der ist hier gut bedient. Sei es für kaltes Trinkwasser im Freibad, warmen Tee bei der Arbeit, die Flasche ist echt ein Allrounder.Und auch wenn die Artikelbeschreibung davon abrät: ich habe es trotzdem getestet und den Flaschenkorpus und den Trinkstutzen einzeln in die Geschirrspülmaschine gepackt. Sowohl Korpus als auch Kunststoff-Trinkstutzen haben den Spülgang unbeschadet überstanden. Vermutlich sind hier Spülgänge bei höheren Temperaturen nicht gut für die Isolierung, aber meine Geschirrspülmaschine läuft ohnehin nur bei 50 Grad.Dieses Trinkflasche kann ich echt nur empfehlen.
