More for the symbolism than function
Title may sound weird, but this is a unique item I haven’t seem before. However, the fact this kind of item was in the form of a cross, I got curious and wanted to look at it more. The function of helping you ease your anxiety by blowing into it like a whistle is a good concept; anything to ease your mind, or help you kick a habit, things like this can come in handy. However, as most of us know, the belief in the item or the symbol is what will make it work. So the fact the design happens to be a cross may be the deciding factor for anyone looking at a piece of jewelry like this. The chain is rather long (I’d say 22 inch), and seems to be a sturdy chain, along with the metal of the chain appearing to be top quality. The design etched into the cross is the American flag, and it’s very subtle; if you were run your fingers over the cross out of habit, you’ll feel part of the flag etched in. This is still a good buy either for yourself or as a gift for a loved one, or a friend you think may need something to help them out on a personal level. If breathing through the holes on the bottom doesn’t help with the anxiety (there’s a hole on the bottom and on the sides of the cross), then putting faith in the cross alone to help you through your tough times may be the way. That’s my thoughts on it. I do recommend it for any and everyone!

Mindful and Spiritual Beauty
Comes in a beautiful gift box. My husband got this one and a plain black one so he has some variability in what he decides to wear. It has a nice spiritual element in a classy style. The size and durability of the cross is great, though I would think better for men as I would want something smaller. The cross is about the size of a AAA battery. It is very discrete, picking it up and blowing into the bottom of the cross, allowing the breath to exhale from the two smaller holes in the sides. My husband found that if you block one of the holes and then blow slower, you can easily make it even more quiet. Using this for mindfulness and calming has been a blessing for him, even for our 3 year old son who will come up and ask to use it.

Nice necklace and cross with weight to it. Nit too heavy but sturdy. Bible verse inscription adds a very nice touch!

Heavy weight and nicely inscribed necklace
Fairly nice quality necklace. Has a chain like a dog tag, and its quite oversized and masculine. I think the chain is probably 18 inches long, but not entirely sure from the description on the listing. There are a few choices you can make on what your necklace is inscribed with. My 16yo son selected the one that says “Fear Not, For I am With You” and the bible reference Isaiah 41:10 (even though the listing just says 41:10). The box includes the scripture in nice packaging.The price at the time of writing this review is 21.99 with a 50% off coupon, which I think its a rather good price for this product. Would I personally wear it? No. But my son enjoys this type of jewelry and its pretty appropriate for a teen boy who loves America and Jesus.
