Easy to use and pleasant
I bought this lamp because the phototherapy light box I had ordered only a few weeks ago had already broken. This seems sturdier. It was easy to assemble right out of the box. The remote control was already paired so all I had to do was turn it on. You can easily adjust the angle and brightness. It’s perfect for reading under. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. Overall, it seems well worth the price.

Very nice remote with a ton of customization, seems to be a higher end RF remote (you don’t have to point it at the lamp). Time functions, brightness and color temperature, and presets.The controls on the light are nice, simple for when you need to turn it on and make some adjustments.It even has a little light so you know the timer is set.This felt very high quality, exceeding what you would expect for the price. Setup is super super simple (and customizable for height)

I didn’t realize how much I needed this light until I bought it and I’m using it everyday now. It’s amazing! I placed it right near my recliner and it’s nice to actually be able to see things that I’m reading now! ð I’m very happy with the different settings and the brightness levels. I’m not sure about sun therapy. But when you do put the Sun level on, it does feel like there’s a skylight in the room.
