Apex Thermometer Easy to Read
Apex thermometer is a nice improvement over my previous one, which was more difficult to read. Easy to read – can even actually see the temperature reading progression while in use. Accurate – tested it compared with a thermometer with proven accuracy. However, it is not “fast or instant read” – actually can take a few minutes to finish recording temperature, and the one I received does not beep as in the product description when the temperature recording has finished.

This thing is ridiculous. Really it’s a joke how slow it is. Plus it isn’t even accurate all the time. The one I got from the Dollar tree is a million times better than this piece of junk.
