These dumbbells are great for upper body exercise in the pool. The space for holding on is smaller than on my previous set which isnât a problem for me except for when trying to carry them to/from the pool- canât grasp both in one hand.

The resistance in the water is perfect. The padded handles are easy to grip. The foam is not dense and shreds at the slightest touch. After two weeks of use, the foam shows some wear and chipping. The weights are very light but clumsy to carry to the pool. A mesh carry bag would be outstanding. There is a nice color selection, making it easy to find my set at the pool.

Price point was good but felt as soon as I opened the packet the foam was too soft as evidenced by dents in the side. Yes they work but magically they get marks all the time. Will not last very long.
