The first unit I bought stopped working and I thought it was unfortunate since the exchange return period ended. The seller reached out to me and offered to rectify the situation and sent me a new unit that works as advertised. Very please with the excellent customer service. Love the diffuser and oils as well.

This is perfect, it delivers a nice amount in the air. has a timer, pretty and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for one. It is for any room I’d say. Mine is brown/ tan in color. I use it daily. Great product.

UpdateâThe company reached out and offered a refund and I asked for a replacement for my broken diffuser. I should have taken the refund and ordered it again on my own because they sent a different color than my original order and a downgraded model (the one I originally ordered did not have a remote).. the replacement did work, but it was not the same as my original order.__________________________Original reviewâI have ordered 4 of this diffuser- I have them in every room in my house.. the dark colored diffusers seem to have an issue and donât work well. They donât diffuse like the white/ light wood ones I have, and the motor in them is much louder than the machines in the white/light. They are all the same brand and the same style. Super Disappointed. Only gave 2 stars because the white /lighter wood diffusers I have work soooo well.

Updatedâ I had to send an update on this. After my bad review to supplier they sent me a new one. Had lil over a week now. And itâs back to 5 stars. Very nice. Thanksthere was a Negative ten I would have picked it. This thing came broken. Box looked intact. When I went to push the on button it broke. Cheap and ridiculous. NO I am not taking the time to package this up and bring it to an ups store, which where we live it is not convenient to get to one even. Not for a $22 item. Amazon guess you can have the $22 hope you feel good about thatâ¦â¦I have used these type of diffusers in the past. Obviously not this brand. Stay Away from this product. All I can say. If you buy one Good Luck!!

Misting issues
Super cool and cute diffuser, but mine doesnât work the lights turn on but no mist at all I cleaned everything and made sure everything was clean and not blocked measures out all the water and still wonât mist
