1).This scent machine is different from the traditional diffuser which runs all the time. It will work for serval seconds, then pause, and work again.

It could not use Wifi. This is a bluetooth connection machine ,it only could connect to mobile phone via bluetooth.
3. Did the App need register to use?
No,the App do not need registration, just open the bluetooth of mobile and then connect the scent machine.
4. The motor is working but there is no scent?
First, you need to check whether the essential oil bottle is tightened. If there is air leakage, the fragrance will not be sprayed. If there is no problem with the installation,please reset the machine and then it will work again.
5. After setting the working mode through the app,the machine does not work?
Turn off the power cable for 10 minutes, then connect the power again and restart the machine
6. How can I connect to the HVAC pipe?
This machine is used for independent aromatherapy. If you want to connect to HVAC, you need to use one of our special diffuser adapter. You can search B0DGDFVZNS for the adapter
When connecting with this special adapter, you need to keep the hose straight upwards and not bend downwards, otherwise essential oil will easily accumulation in hose

I LOVE THIS! I love walking into the house and smelling the aroma. It is able to cover the whole house. It’s quiet and you can set it up to go on and off on whatever schedule you want.

Works well once you figure it out
Really poor instructions that don’t match the app cause this to lose a star but once I figured out how to use it, it’s great.So the listing says you don’t have to sign up for an account to use this with the app. When you download and install the app, the first thing it does is prompt you to sign up which I did because it looked like I had to. You actually, don’t, though. Since this is a bluetooth only device, it doesn’t require their service to operate it and therefor, if you skip that step, you’ll still be able to set it up after but they don’t really explain that this is the situation, anywhere and the app will not detect it as a bluetooth only device so if you try to go through the network setup options it presents, you’ll be faced with nothing but frustration.Once you accept that the App basically doesn’t know what its doing for setup, the rest all kind of clicks into place. You set it up with bluetooth and it will need to connect via bluetooth every time to adjust it. You can also adjust settings by opening it up and trying to make sense of a few buttons and lights inside but the instructions are equally awful there so good luck.Having said all that, I’m still happy with it now that I have it working. The bottle is HUGE and will hold a really large supply making it largely a set-it-and-forget it product once loaded up, plugged in, and scheduled.

Nice large capacity and great app
This diffuser is about twice the size of another model Iâve used, so Iâm looking forward to the extended runtime and larger scent coverage. Setup was simple, especially using the app which doesnât require a login. I was able to connect via Bluetooth and adjust settings like timer and scent strength without any issues. Itâs quiet while running and doesnât leave any residue behind, which is a big plus compared to water-based models. The scent disperses evenly and covers a large area as advertised. So far, itâs working well and seems like a good fit for a larger space. No leaks and I’d say the price is right. Highly recommend.

Will not connect to blue tooth
I guess if you can get it connected it will work. I previously purchased JCloud and found it much easier to set up. This keeps on beeping and wonât stop.

The scent doesn’t seem to come out as well as the more expensive machines. Thought I would give it a try to save some money but it didn’t do as well as I had hoped. If you live in a small home or apartment it might work as intended

Keeps disconnecting from the bluetooth app and then stops working until I open the app again. Works really well when it is on, but only stays on for a few hours at a time.

Worth Every Penny
You might look at the price and gasp especially since oils are separate, but compared to the price of a nice candle this is nothing, and it lasts longer, and there is no open flame. So for that it is worth every last penny.I was bummed that it did not come with a sample scent, but the sticker plate for hanging it on the wall totally made up for that, every product with hanging keyhole should come with one of these plates.I love the functionality although the instructions could use some work. It takes a little guess work to understand what is going on because the written instructions do not match the app info and there are no tool tips, but I got it set up and now I can more of less set and forget.The pump and fan can be a little loud when dispersing scent, but you can turn it off during sleeping hours if necessary.The reservoir is HUGE, so filling it is a little pricey, but you can otherwise ignore it until cleaning.If I was to change anything I would:- add a slightly longer cord and add clips to attach the cord to the wall- add tool tips to the app- update written instructions to match the app- increase font size in book, and/or make book available in the app (photo with Apple TV remote for scale)But even with that, this is absolutely a 5 on 5.If you like candles or water diffusers, you will like this even better, heck, you will love this.

Y’ALLLLLL!! This diffuser is amazing! Not only does my house smell incredible, but this is such a discrete unit that can be placed pretty much anywhere. We are utilizing ours in our upstairs built-ins, where it’s exposed to our two story entryway, and allows for scent distribution for upstairs and downstairs. Don’t be fooled by its small size, as it delivers INCREDIBLE performance and is so quiet that you honestly don’t even notice it’s running.It says that the adapter for connecting it to the HCAC is included, but I can’t find the adapter in order to connect the tubing (which we already had separately). No biggie, just wanted to try and incorporate this to our HVAC for even better scenting throughout the home (we have about 4100 square feet of living space, so I may need two… one for each HVAC unit).This is a GREAT value, and I really enjoy that it has an app available for operational controls and allows you to keep an eye on the amount of oil remaining in the bottle. Looks great… performs great… great price… great gift idea.10/10 recommend this one, y’all. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS!
