Stopped working after a month
I had this defuser sitting in my cart for a while before purchasing. I loved the way it looked and “volcano” function. Finally decided to purchase it and LOVED it for the first month. Literally one month later it stopped working. The motor stopped working completely, the water sits still in the chamber when turned on no matter which function I chose. The remote and light still works but the main function of the defuser -to defuse scents – is entirely gone. For a $45 defuser, i’m super bummed. I should have known better that it would break so quickly and that I was paying for how cool it looks and not how well it works.I have a 10$ defuser that I purchased years ago that still works as well as it did the first time i plugged it in! This $45 one broke within 30 days? Lesson learned!i was lucky enough to be able to contact an amazon support live agent who helped with my return since the window closed the day before. Which didn’t make any sense. The product was delivered on the 16th and the window closed on the 15th – the window should have still been open on the 16th.

Purchased as a Christmas present. Nice looking. We ran it 3-4 hours daily. Worked really well – until it didnât. We cleaned it appropriately as needed. Stopped working 1.5 months after purchase. Propellor not spinning inside for a week. Now it turns itself off after we turn it on. Out of 30 day window for return.

Tween son loves it
Super cute in my tween sonâs roomâ¦while it lasted. Followed all directions, never overfilled with water, etc. Within 3 months the little fan inside wonât spin to propel steam so itâs just a super expensive night light at this point. Very disappointing :(EDIT: After connecting with customer service, I was offered a replacement or refund. This seller will stand by their products!

Reviews are right it is cool but does stop working after a month
I worked well for about a month and than stopped working so I returned it got another one same thing happened the motor started to make noises like it was seizing up so I had to take it apart and remove the motor and oil it after I did that it worked fine but I shouldn’t have had to do that
