Wow this works wonders! I wish it came in a bigger container. Sea moss is like the new trend and it’s great for your body so I recommend trying this out. It’s packed with probiotics and superfoods. It sounds very healthy because it actually is, but the best part is I just dump a scoop into my morning beverage. Sometimes it’s a smoothie when I have time in the morning or just regular water. I drink it on one go cause it’s easier for me to just get it over with. There isn’t much of a smell, just powder and it’s pretty easy to mix, but I use a small electric mixer. It’s more than you need which is good. If you think it’s too much, then you don’t have to take it everyday. Take it when you need a boost or want to feel refreshed.

Easy to drink
I’ve been seeing all the benefits of sea moss so wanted to give it a try. This powder comes with a lot of extra benefits, and is easier to consume than the gel. It mixes well – I had no issues whisking it into water. I add some lemon juice just for some additional flavor. It doesn’t taste great to me… but it doesn’t taste bad either. I find it rather neutral tasting – but I also mix it into a slightly larger amount of water than it calls for. I did not find the berry flavor overpowering, which I appreciated. I don’t love artificial berry flavor.I had no gastric issues, and am enjoying an easy way to get extra healthy nutrients into my diet.

Okay, let’s be a little more serious. It does have a great taste. I prefer mine with milk over anything else. With whatever you mix it in there will be a hint of a vanilla taste. I prefer mine with milk and just a cube or two of ice to keep it cold. It’s not bad and blends in perfectly. If you have a hard time getting enough of your daily fruits and vegetable requirements. You can trust this to be a great replacement.If you happen to have Diabetes or are watching your blood sugars. This will cause them to rise. You will want to keep an eye on that.

Seems to Help with Afternoon Slumps
I got this mainly to help with my afternoon energy crashes, and so far, it seems to be doing the trick. I love that it has such a wide variety of fruits and vegetables packed into itâfeels like Iâm actually getting some good nutrients in. The taste isnât amazing, but itâs drinkable, especially if mixed with juice or a smoothie.Iâm also trying to see if this can replace or at least cut down my coffee intake, and weirdly enough, Iâve been drinking less coffee since starting it. Not sure if itâs the actual greens working or just placebo, but either way, Iâll take it. Excited to keep using it and see if the effects hold up over time.
