Customers say
Customers find the diffuser easy to use and appreciate its quality, with one noting it works particularly well in small bathrooms. The scent and functionality receive mixed feedback – while some say it gives excellent scent and works well, others report the scent fades after a few hours and it only works for about 10 minutes. Heat retention and durability are also mixed aspects, with some saying it remains warm while others find it doesn’t get hot enough and report poor quality. Customers disagree on the value for money, with some considering it decent for the price while others say it’s not worth the cost.

Good diffuser
I thought this was an older version, but did not take electricity, but this is a plug-in. I gave it a try and it works well and it did scent up the room nicely. So I am keeping it. Be careful unplugging it do not touch under the grate, it gets really hot.

works for 30 minutes per pad -pads arrive hardened
Love the option of using with essential oils, chemical free! That was important to me and it is why I bought it. But, the product only releases aroma for about 30 min and then it starts burning and stiffening the little cardboard insert. There is no safety auto off switch when the plug is done releasing- it just keeps burning and gets quite hot. The instructions say to use the little pad (cardboard insert i guess – I don’t know what it is made of) until it hardens then replace it. Both shipments I’ve gotten come with the pads already hard. One box came with the pads in a little bag so they would last longer (they were medium hardened) but the next autoship they came loose in the box and hard as a rock. I’m feeling sad that this has not worked for me and that the company isn’t refining the product to match the high quality of the essential oils it’s meant to be used with. If there are better quality little pad inserts you could send me as replacements for the ones that came already hardened and any advice you have will be appreciated. At this time I’m canceling my monthly auto ship order.

Perfect
This completely fit the bill for me. I live on the coast and don’t need additional moisture in the air. The essential oils are not very strong and need to be replaced every couple of days however I can use and re-use the little pads for quite a long time. Scented oils seem to last much longer… days, possibly up to a week before adding another few drops to the scent pad. There are some cheap, scented oils and I don’t use them because they tend to smell rancid and fake. Good quality oils work well, even if they cost a little more they last longer and won’t gag anyone with a nasty smell. My daughter used the diffusers that need water and put out an oil scented mist. The misters must be cleaned or they get a musty smell that over takes the smell of the oil so I don’t like them.

Good diffuser however bulky size and shape
This items functions well. It slowly diffuses oils placed on the padwhat I don’t like is:- the shape – round with a flat front with slats where the pad rests- size almost a racket ball sized item that sticks several inches out from the socket- can not change the orientation of the plugI wanted to put this in a small bathroom where the only plug in was near the vanity.1. too large for the area2. the plug-in for the bathroom is horizontal where this unit is vertical so the pad falls out of the unit. (I’ve solved this some by placing two pads in the unit so that they stay in place even when the unit is side ways)

Not very powerful
I love essential oils and I was excited to buy this Aromatherapy room diffuser. I was hoping for a great lasting scent but the scent was very light and did not last.

Does not work.
I put the essential oil on the pad provided and never smelled any scent when plugged in. It did warm up but it seems the oils may have avaporated rather than heat to release smell. Would not allow me to return either. Waste of money

spreads scent very well
For the price I highly recommend – I will be buying several for gifts to friends. About 4-5 drops of essential oils and the scent fills my 1200 square-foot area very well. I do recommend using a plug that has air flow around it, and not in an enclosed or small space if you want the scent to fill the air in your home. Also, don’t expect to be miserly with your drops of oil. If your oil is very thick, a drop or two may not give the desired effect. The pads will be filled with about 4-5 drops, and this is what causes the scent to really be pronounced. A small room may not need as much – it can actually generate so much scent it may be overpowering to some. Even when the pad seems dry I still get scent spreading. Refill pads packs are pretty cheap, recommend order some at the same time.

Good Product
I’ve only had it a few days, but the diffuser works well and as advertised. The aroma kicks in within 10 minutes. The fragrance (using essential oils) doesn’t last as long as I thought it would, but I don’t consider that a flaw in the product itself. The oil is going to evaporate when exposed to air and heat – that’s just basic science. Essential oils get used up quickly by this method, so I started using my Pier1 diffuser oil on the pad. Smells good and is definitely more cost effective than essential oils. I love essential oils though, and believe that this would be the ticket for using them in your personal space at work. With the right oil, this diffuser could provide some stress relief at your desk. I’ll be testing that theory myself at some point.Safety – I’ve kept it plugged in for hours at a time and it remains warm but not overheated. However, I don’t think it’s safe to leave anything like this plugged in continuously.

brilliant and such a great idea for healthy living without all the chemicals!
Furryfourlegs –
Disappointed with this item so far because I cannot use it till I buy a 2 point adapter of some kind , this will be more expense and may make the plug in look ugly in the room.

Piece of garbage. Not a speck of smell comes out of it.
Rosslyn Perry –
Only does a very small area, and uses a LOT of essential oil. Not good bang for the buck.

Works good. Better than “Glade” plug ins.
