To be able to order the correct size Dokibi Brace you won’t find the sizing chart in with the thumbnail pics at the upper portion of the Amazon page so be sure to look further down the page under their “Product Description” information and locate the picture labeled “Choose Your Size”. If you measure as shown you shouldn’t have any issues getting a good fit for your new Dokibi Back Brace. On their enclosed “Lumbar Support User Manual” that they include with their brace they note the “Validity Period” as being 3 years of effective use and they indicate that this brace should be hand-only but the good part is that they have provided a slit in the fabric pockets holding the 5 Aluminum Alloy Stays so they can be removed prior to washing or you may decide to remove some of the stays for a more customized adjustment to fit your current lower back conditions, many other braces being sold don’t allow for the metal stays to be removed at all, I see this as a plus for this Dokibi brand. I know that there are differing opinions as to what is the best Stay material for a back brace but my favorite over the years has always been Memory Aluminum in place of Steel or Polypropylene (PP), to me they offer a balance of stiffness and flexibility, allowing for individual adjustments while providing reliable support. Their 3D pad in this back brace provides a deep lumbar acupoint massage, helps to reduce muscle fatigue, and assists in promoting circulation. I found that this lumbar acupoint pad fits my lower back perfectly for an unmatched level of comfort. The only constructive critique I might offer is that I wish that it had several metal springs incorporated along the sides to resist, what I foresee after normal break-in of this brace, the tendency for the sides and front to roll up slightly while bending over or seated wearing the back brace. Other than that I have no dislikes to mention and I believe based on the very low price it is currently discounted at, it is well worth your giving it a try…Btw, my brace came with the lumbar pad attached upside down based on their “Instructions For Use” located on the back of their User Manual. Their instructions will place the slits for the removal of the stays at the upper portion of the brace and the Velcro portion of the belt end as being in your right hand. Probably not a big deal but I figured why not situate the brace in the correct “Up” position according to the manufacturer’s directions…

This back brace has great compression and has a nice variety of adjustability by way of the velcro straps and additional lumbar support. It is very form fitting and the construction is super solid. It has a very nice range of flex on the velcro straps that helps apply more compression when needed. The fabric and design is also fantastic as it’s a breathable material that helps keep you cool for a long duration. In terms of sizing I would say order up if you are indecisive. I was having a lot of lower back discomfort for several days and this helped by providing me with stability and relief almost right away. I can’t recommend this back brace enough!

I’ve been wearing for a couple of days (when I work in the yard) and I really like it so far.
I’m a 34” waist and the medium fits me well. The Velcro is quite strong and holds well. The material is strong and seems well made. At first, I was uncomfortable with it on due to the triangle piece that is probably for extra lumbar support but once I took that out, (it’s just held in with Velcro), it felt much better. This thing holds well and really helps when I’m working in the yard. I highly recommend and would purchase again.
