Much better quality than expected, good support
This support brace is no joke. I’ve used a few over the years, including post partum support belts with a same design, but none were as strong as this one. Wish I would’ve had this one then, after my c-section. Think this could’ve really made a difference.But I recommend this for any kind of back support. I suffer from a pinched nerve in my lower back that flares up often enough, so I gave this a test run and used it on a slow, inside work day around the house. Definitely provided support and pain relief. Unlike some others I’ve used, I didnt find this too uncomfortable that I had to take it off. Once I did, i could feel the difference in back pain. It was actually almost goneI think this is really gonna help out on those outside work days and help on days i really need to keep up with the kiddos, lol. Definitely recommend!

Not For Overweight People!
I’m not grossly overweight, but I am overweight. I have a lot of problems with my lumbar (discs) and hips (spurs, bone-on-bone etc) so I thought I would give this a try. I got the XL size.This is very well made and the directions were mostly quite clear. While I had it on, it did relieve the majority of the pain while I was standing.However, when sitting down it became very uncomfortable. The top was pushing up against my ribs. The bottom was folding over. While the belt itself helped, the discomfort from the rib cage push and bottom roll over detracted from the benefits for me.It comes with 2 Velcro attachments – a massager piece and a soft cloth piece which supposedly helps keep your back warm in colder weather. I didn’t try that attachment but I did use the massager. Honestly, I didn’t notice a difference with it.I think if somebody didn’t have a stomach and had a longer torso for their back area, this would be absolutely perfect. The stays were very supportive even though they didn’t fit perfectly in my back (because of my stomach etc). It was relatively easy to put on and adjust.I wish it had worked for me, but I’m sure it would be fantastic for a thinner person!

So nice I picked it up twice!
I had a great experience with the same version of this back brace with the only difference being it was in black that I decided to pick up another one this time for my sister who has a lot of lower back discomfort.This back brace provides a nice level of support and stabilization. The Velcro straps allow for that tight compression and additional lumbar support from the steel plates is what makes this back brace stand out. The brace itself is form fitting, the construction is very solid, and the materials are top notch. Couple all these highlights with the fact the brace itself is lightweight and has breathable fabric and it makes for a top tier back brace option. Easy recommendation with a 5 out of 5 rating from me.

DOKIBI Back Brace – Comfortable and good support
This back brace is really well made, and provides good, even support. I was really looking for a more simple back brace without any hard support plates, and this fits the ticket perfectly. It wraps around your waist with the two main straps, and then there is a second set of smaller straps you can pull to adjust the tightness even further.Size wise, it was true to size with the chart, and fits comfortably. It feels good to wear and provides even support without being overly tight.For day to day wearing, this is a good brace, and the optional velcro pad adds even more support if you need it. I’m a fan, and if you have a usecase like mine this brace might be the one for you.

Comfortable and provides excellent support
My wife has dealt with regular back problems for some time now. She used this at work to see how it’d do and was very impressed by the difference it made in providing support. By the end of a strenuous workday, she had a lot less aching pain and was very satisfied with this product. At this price point, I wouldn’t hesitate to get this brace if you’re dealing with regular back problems and need more support

Nice support for lower back
Nice quality. Nice support bands. It helps reduce pain.I’m not sure how helpful the lumbar padding will be, as we don’t need that at this time, but it’s nice to have in case we will need it.
