This is the best back brace I have ever used.Excellent back brace. Not very comfortable under clothing so I would use over my shirt. Brought relief when u threw my back out. Would only use it when lifting to avoid further injury, and took it off to promote movement and healing. It provides great support and very functional. It fits true to size. Itâs easy to use and I would highly recommend !!

Very good support
Started having some serious intermittent issues with my back such that the only relief was to lie on the floor. This is one of 2 back supports I purchased to help me cope. This is the heavier duty belt and I am very pleased with the support and performance. It sits well into the lumbar and the support rides high up the spine. The support bars are an excellent bonus. The second set of velcro support tensioners that lock against the main body of the belt also help with the dupport. I got the XXXL for my 46 inch waist, but probably could have been more comfortable with the XXL since I’m on the low end of the size range and there is now lots of overlap, but it still works well.Using this belt and another “lighter duty” belt have helped tremendously. I am very pleased with the results of this belt and highly recommend it.

fits well, sized well, very good back support. Only negative is the one side belt loop keeps going sideways to crunch up the side tension belt but it still works fine.

My back has been in pain lately and I really needed a good brace to keep from hunching over. This brace is adjustable and fit my hip well. Do check the size chart because it’s not the same as clothes size. After wearing for a few hours my back felt so much better and I even forgot that I was wearing it. The lumbar piece really add to the overall function and help keep my back straight and prevent my back from hunching forward. I definitely recommend this brace for anyone who has lower back pain.

Constantly works down
I am a truck driver. Wearing this helps with back ache due to a very stiff suspension and the constant bounce and jolting. The only problem I have with this support belt is that it drops out of position at least once an hour requiring loosening and repositioning it. I also have a very old leather ‘kidney belt’ that I wear sometimes. It never moves after first putting it on but is not near as comfortable as a vented, elastic belt.

Hurt like HELL!
This belt was purchased because I have a broken vertebra- There is a name for this condition, but you probably would not understand it. The support was supposed to remain low on my back, but if I sat down trying it on it almost gave me a double mastectomy. I had to go to the hospital on June 8th, so returning it was far from my mind. When I tried to return it I was ONE(1)day late!!!!!! I am unable to return the horrible thing and want to try a different one. I would then have $70 invested in back braces. Hopefully I can find a different store to buy my things. I have bought a lot from Amazon and am highly disappointed.
