This back brace is very comfortable, anatomically effective, and rigidly constructed. It fits nicely on the body and provides the right amount of support. The quality of craftsmanship is good. The stretch at the hips could be softer, or the waistband could be narrower in these areas; however, it does its job well and allows for prolonged wear without discomfort. The support worked effectively in comfort and functionality while I stood, walked, and sat at a desk for an extended period.The description of the Back Brace breaks down its sizes into five groups: Small/Medium/Large/X-Large/XX-Large, but it does not explicitly state the waist measurement range for each size. However, clicking on one of the four rectangles associated with the S/L/XL/XXL sizes on the title page will show the back brace’s name and the corresponding waist length range. Unfortunately, there is no similar data for the Medium size, but it can be estimated with some probability. Helped My Back Pain. A Little Restricting. Seller Needs to Show Sizing Chart on Product Page.
The back brace from DIANMEI definitely helped with my lower back discomfort. I strained my lumbar area a couple of weeks ago. It has been slowly improving, but still painful when I stand for an extended period. I could definitely feel some relief after wearing this brace for about an hour and a half. I used it with the removable 3D lumbar pad. The Velcro straps hold well, but are not excessively aggressive, so refitting and removing the brace is not difficult. The only real downside is it comes right to my lower rib cage, so sitting in a plush chair or driving while wearing it is not practical. Iâll continue to use this as my activities permit.My only real gripe, and it has nothing to do with the performance of the brace, is the seller gives no sizing guidance on its product page. I knew if I got it too large it might not fit tightly enough to be effective. I selected the Medium size based on sizing charts for similar braces on Amazon. Iâm 6 feet and 165 lb, and the Medium works well for me.

NOT BAD SUPPORT. NEEDS SIZE GUIDE.
I’ve been having a lot of lower back pain lately so I decided to try this back support. First off, the maker/seller absolutely HAS to provide more sizing info than just S/M/L/X — Measurements, please! I’m a 5’2′ female weighing 145 and I absolutely took a stab in the dark at what size I should order. I ended up ordering Large, to be on the safe side, and at first try, that felt about right. Once I realized that I could snug it up with the front straps though, I decided I could probably have gotten away with a medium. So, lack of sizing information? — a big lapse, I;m afraid.As to comfort and functionality, I think the support worked quite well as long as I was on my feet. When I sat down, however, the belt had a tendency to roll at both the top and the bottom. That limits its usefulness somewhat. Support for long periods at a desk would be nice.The construction quality seems quite good. You wouldn’t want to wear this against your skin because the material is very dense, durable — and scratchy. But it’s quality I would expect from a well-made back brace. I also like the optional lumbar support, but there again, I would REALLY love to use that when seated at a desk. If the belt starts rolling, however, I’m probably not going to wear it much while seated, in all honesty.Still, I’m pretty pleased with this belt and will continue to experiment with it.

Great Adjustability
Very comfortable brace, well as comfortable as one can be. It took a bit of adjusting but with help from hubby we got it to fit properly. Itâs made very well and doesnât seem as warm as my previous one which allows for longer wear. I spend most of my time standing or walking, I did try sitting and didnât find it that comfortable. Iâm about 20 lbs overweight so that could have an effect. Overall Iâm very pleased with it which means I will definitely wear it when needed.

Small width.
I went with my normal Large like usual. It does wrap around and fit, but the width of this braces is the smallest I’ve seen. It literally just covers the middle of the belly, and if you have some extra stomach, it will be protruding out of the bottom and sides. I like my braces to cover a large area.The lumbar support, when used, feels pretty nonexistent. Can’t even tell I’m using it.Overall It’s just not my cup of tea. A few more inches in width to cover a larger area and It’d be fine. I wouldn’t say it fits the projected price, because I have had better braces for cheaper. But that’s obviously personal preference and am only taking 1 star away because of the size.

Very comfortable back brace to wear

This back brace has 4 steel(?) strips on the back to keep your back straight. It’s very comfortable to wear…too comfortable in fact that you don’t notice it to much when wearing it. This could be a good thing and bad thing. Good thing that you’d be able to wear this all day long with little to no-issues as far as comfort is concerned…bad thing is…is it really working? Am not sure. So I’ll give it 4 stars for now and update the review once I get more feel into this brace.

It is comfortable and gives the right amount of support without making me sweat. Thank you for a great product! My neurosurgeon is very impressed with this brace. This is a great back brace for anyone who is feeling a bit of pain or discomfort in their back. I recommend this back support belt.
