Great but smells awful
Love the affordability of these. Didnât had any issues with nausea when I switched from a more expensive brand. They do have a VERY unpleasant smell so be forewarned. Iâve gotten where I just hold my breath when I open the bottle.

This really is a good multi vitamin! It has good %s of daily value! I was taking several different supplements a day and now this made it easy!! My biggest issue I had was low iron! Since we are slow/low absorbers I had to be particular about which iron I took. This one helped bring my levels back up! Donât worry it has vitamin K and C that help with iron absorption.

Great but not enjoying the formula change
Iâve been taking these for 2 years and I loved the original formula: easy to swallow, not a bad taste, felt fine (other than niacin flush reaction sometimes if I didnât take after eating some food). But now it seems they changed the formula a bit. The smell is strong and unpleasant and these seem like Iâm having to gag them down. They also upset my stomach every now and then. PLEASE PLEASE change the formula back to how you had it before. My bloodwork has always been great on these too.For those that get âa rashâ do your research and look up niacin flush. This is a sunburn-like temporary rash that spreads across your chest/neck/face/arms. It goes away after a few moments and itâs from the dose of niacin expanding your blood capillaries. Itâs normal and not harmful. I find I donât get the niacin reaction as long as I take the vitamin right before I eat or right after I have some food in my tummy to help absorb things. #themoreyouknow
