I made sure the outlet was secure and the lid and bottom were locked in place correctly. No matter what I did it would not turn on. Do not waste your money and buy this blender it will not work.

Works well. Needed a bigger blender with more power. This does the trick and the color is pretty too.Just clean plug up and go. So easy to use and cleaning is a breezy. The blade has cut my frozen over berries and itâs all blended in no time.The color is pretty too

If you are looking for a Ninja or NutriBullet, this is about a 30% savings, and you’ll be pleased…..if you’re expecting the Ninja or NutriBullet quality or performance, you’ll be disappointed. For what this product is priced at, you get the quality that pay for. If you don’t use this everyday, this will be great for you, but if it’s something you plan to use everyday, not sure it’s the right one for you because I don’t know how durable it truly is. It has a different feel from the other brands.This works good for what it is. Love the color, it matches my beachy kitchen.
